About this property

Welcome to your Lake Havasu getaway! This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat on the waterside of Hwy 95 combines comfort, views, and unbeatable convenience. Perfectly located just minutes from Windsor launch ramps and the iconic London Bridge, you’ll be close to beaches, restaurants, and all the excitement of Havasu’s year‑round events.

The home is designed with an open floor plan that makes gathering easy and comfortable. The living room offers a plush sofa and lounge chair, while large windows showcase beautiful **lake and mountain views**. The kitchen comes fully stocked for family meals, and the dining area is ideal for connecting over dinner. Step outside to enjoy sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails with desert scenery all around.

Sleeping arrangements include 2 king bedrooms and 2 queen bedrooms (three with smart TVs), plus a **queen‑size pull‑out couch** in the living room for extra guests. Room‑darkening shades in the king rooms make it easy to sleep in after long lake days.

Entertainment is built right in with a game room featuring basketball, air hockey, skee‑ball, and more — fun for kids and adults alike. After a day on the water, unwind in your private hot tub with panoramic lake views under the stars.

Guest access & parking

Guests enjoy private use of the entire home, hot tub, and game room. Parking is plentiful and designed with boaters and RVers in mind:
- Expanded gravel driveway with room for multiple vehicles
- Boat & RV parking with 50‑amp power, water hookup, and on‑site dump station
- Dedicated street‑side parking available
(Note: garage is not accessible to guests)

Policies & additional info

- Guest Policy: All guests must be listed on the reservation. Unregistered guests or those above the maximum occupancy will incur a $100/person fee.
- Pet Policy: Well‑behaved dogs are welcome with a pet fee. Any dogs not included in the reservation will incur an additional $50 fee in addition to the required pet fee.
- Events & Noise: Lake Havasu is famous for events like *Desert Storm Poker Run & Shootout (April), Fun Run (May), Run to the Sun Classic Car Show (October), Relics & Rods Car Shows, Spring Break weekends, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and the festive Boat Parade of Lights in December.

We had an amazing Christmas in Havasu. I was impressed at all of the kitchen utensils/cookware available in the kitchen which allowed me to cook Christmas dinner with ease, there was even a crockpot to use! The game room (ski ball, Pac-Man, air hockey, pop a shot, shuffle board) kept our family highly entertained and ensured a lot of quality time with a tournament on Christmas Eve. The hosts were amazing, responsive and close by! The house was gorgeous, had great views, and we loved the hot tub to end the night. Also very close to the boat ramp and had easy parking which allowed for us to drop the boat in and out with ease. Would highly recommend!

Nice place, nice town, enjoyable atmosphere.

Easy checkin process, clean, had all the amenities, game room is neat for children of all ages. Pleasant stay. Quiet area which is a definite plus.

Great Location and Space

Excellent communication with owners / property managers. Very clean place and well stocked kitchen and pantry. Gravel parking area behind unit has plenty of room for a small boat or rv. Our large Sprinter van conversion fit easily. We stayed during a heat wave and the place was nice and cool. Wish it had been cool enough to enjoy the outdoor spaces at night!

Excellent property with all the amenities

We spent our family vacation at Sarah and Edward’s VRBO. It was clean, well maintained, and had all the amenities for a week’s vacation needs. The hot tub was a delight! We loved the neighborhood which was conveniently located to the marina and easy drive to the bridge. The house was also perfect for our two dogs. The little touches throughout the home made our stay special. Thank you for one of the best vacation properties we’ve stayed at! We hope to stay again and will tell our friends!

Wonderful Home with a Beautiful View of the Lake

Very well kept and equipped home in a safe, quiet neighborhood but not too far from many restaurants and convenience stores, walking distance even. We had a few very minor concerns @ check-in which were quickly resolved. Love the hot tub and the outdoor area. The owners even supplied many staples (food) & toiletries. Highly recommend staying here.

Family wedding trip

We were in town for a family wedding and staying here at weekends at Bernie’s made everything just perfect. House was clean, comfortable, and very spacious and there was plenty of parking. We also had a 2year old with us so plenty of room for her to run around. We were also able to bring our dog. Beds were super comfortable and everyone had a great time. 5 stars we will definitely be back!!!

Great place!

Very nice property in a great location with easy access to the lake and town. Edward and Sarah are wonderful hosts and have this place stocked with everything you will need! We'll be back! :)

This is one of my favorite properties. Newly renovated and modern, comfy and located minutes from Windsor Beach launch ramp. Besides the great location, the home is spacious and newly renovated with 4 bedrooms (2 King beds :-) an 85" 4k tv (5 TV's total including game room), laundry area and boat parking.
