Located only minutes away from Windsor Beach launch ramp, local grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants. Easily get back to the property after a long day on the water, with boat parking for multiple boats and toys.



Getting Around:

2 beautiful water view Villa's on the water side of I95, located on quiet street with no traffic, and close to shopping, local restaurants and launch ramps. We are located minutes from the Windsor Launch ramp, a couple blocks from the water, near stores, restaurants, pubs and everything you would need. Lots of parking, with side yard parking for additional cars, toys and boats. Our home is set up to ensure a fun, stress free vacation for you, your family and friends.

This private compound is a top choice for families, groups, boaters, off-roaders, snowbirds, and event travelers who want comfort, privacy, and a central location near the lake.



- Guest Policy: All guests must be listed on the reservation. Unregistered guests or those exceeding maximum occupancy will incur a $100/person fee.

- Pet Policy: Well-behaved dogs are welcome with a pet fee added at booking.

- Events & Noise: Lake Havasu hosts world-class events—Desert Storm Poker Run & Shootout (April), Fun Run (May), Run to the Sun Classic Car Show (October), Relics & Rods, Spring Break weekends, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and the Boat Parade of Lights (December). Please respect quiet hours and neighboring properties.

- Local Tip: Many events book up months in advance—reserve early for the best rates and availability.



-An outdoor propane fire table is available seasonally. For guest convenience, 5-gallon propane tanks may be rented for $30 each. There are two full tanks available on site. Guests must contact the host to request access to the propane tanks. If additional propane is needed, we’re happy to assist.
