We loved it! Such a wonderful, clean and charming little property! We definitely want to come back again!
The beach access road was about a 5 minute walk from our door, and we loved going down there!
We loved watching the sunset over the ocean each night as we sat at the kitchen table each night!
My husband lived his morning run each day!
We enjoyed the Yachina Head lighthouse, and hiking around the grounds!! It's about 15 minutes from the property.

We stayed with our 4 kids for an extended weekend. It was a great place within walking distance to the beach! A little small for all of us but we made it work and were forced to enjoy each others company! We would definitely stay again

Great Coastal Stay!

Million Dollar View

When we booked this condo it was largely because it appeared to have a nice oceanfront view. When we arrived we found that the pics in the listing hadn’t really done it justice, as the view was marvelous in a way that far exceeded our expectations. The condo was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The Nye Beach area was like a little self contained community with a warm friendly feel to it. The restaurants and bakeries were all very good and the ice cream shop was outstanding. The condo was a great base of operations for visiting all of the interesting and beautiful nearby parks, beaches, and towns. Rian was an excellent host and was easily reached and proactive in making sure that we were settled in with everything we needed. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again if we returned to the Newport area.

Amazing location!

Our stay was fantastic! A short walk to the beach, delicious restaurants, and cute shops. In particular we liked the tap house for lunch, the Italian restaurant for dinner, and the cafe next door for breakfast. The condo was clean and cozy. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful stay!

The condo was cozy with amazing views of the ocean! Everything you need (for cooking, extra blankets, umbrellas) were thought of and available. The place was decorated with a welcoming and warm touch. Easy access to cute shops/restaurants and beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Small and cozy, great for two or family with little ones

Nice property but small space for more than two. Bunk bed very uncomfortable but king size bed very nice. The bedrooms were so small one could barely walk around in them. Always hard to tell in the photos. Great ocean view and close proximity to shops, restaurants, and walking on the beach. Very nice host.

Easter weekend with family

Beautiful view. Located on a cliff so must walk or drive a couple of blocks down to the Nye Beach access. Comfortable for 4 people, tight squeeze for 6. Clean and nicely decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our Easter weekend at this location.

Beautiful View!!

Beautiful view. Lots of dishes and supplies. Great place to stay...beds could have been more comfortable. They seemed old and worn out. But we didnt sleep much, there was so much to do in this area, tide pools, beaches,hiking. Wonderful time was had in this town!!

Views, location + well equipped rent

This property is so well equipped. Lots of thoughtful touches to make you feel at home. Books, games, movies, blankets, very well stocked kitchen and bathroom. The house had everything we needed and more for our stay as a family of 4: 2 adults and two kids ages 7 and 10. We liked walking in downtown Nye Beach and the location was a perfect spot for our day trips up and down the coast. Sunsets on the deck were spectacular. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Perfect quiet getaway

The only reason I would leave anything but a stellar review of this place would be to keep too many people from finding it. This place was a perfect location, beautifully decorated and very easy to find and check in. Rian was very easy to communicate with and answered questions promptly. Everything was thought out and provided and it made the stay that much more enjoyable. From toothpicks to toothpaste, laundry soap, to tea and plenty of warm fuzzy blankets, books ,games and card decks,, we were able to relax and enjoy our family. It was one of the best family time stays we’ve had since the kids were grown. We appreciated the hospitality, time and attention to detail greatly. These hosts are amazing.

When you're not dining at the condo, head out the door to enjoy a fantastic meal at one of the eateries nearby. Some local favorites include Local Ocean Seafoods, Clearwater Restaurant, Georgie's Beachside Grill, Nye Beach Cafe, Arr Place, Nana's Irish Pub, Chowder Bowl, and the Deep End Cafe.

This property is perfectly positioned just minutes from Downtown Newport and close to a variety of different beaches. Be sure to visit Devils Punchbowl State Natural Area, Yaquina Head Outstanding Natural Area (especially the Lighthouse), the Yaquina Bay State Recreational Area, or Nye Beach right outside your door.

Some other ideas for fun include taking the kids to the Oregon Coast Aquarium, watching ships sail out of the harbor on Newport's Historic Bayfront, or visiting the Hatfield Marine Science Center. There are also plenty of breweries and historical spots scattered throughout town.
