Beautiful home and not far from anywhere we wanted to go. It is walking distance from the beach and had a pool in the neighborhood as well. We enjoyed our stay!

This was the nicest beach house I’ve Ever been in! We like was on beach walking less then a min. The owner kept in touch to make sure everything we needed was there. We give it a 10 star!!!

Nice little place

We enjoyed staying here. We were not aware the pool was across the street, but it worked out fine. The neighborhood wasn't exactly the best to be in, but we had no problems while there and felt safe. Great access to the ocean nearby. If i had to say anything negative, it would be that this is the first vrbo i have been to that didn't supply unlimited garbage bags! Spending 9 days there, the 3 we received didn't cut it! Host was great all the way around.

Amazing House

The host was amazing, friendly and helped in all situations that i needed help. The house was way more than what me and my family expected, we have been going for 12yrs and i will stay with this property as long as they own it. 100 percent best vacation ever.

Family vacation

We stayed a week and things were good.. only complaint .. need better tv options in the bedrooms.. tv in living room was on cartoons for our grandchildren so the rest of us had no option for our lay back and relax time.. it would also been a plus to have had a small playground

Great Communication, cute property

We had a smooth check in and chill stay. Very responsive and kind host. If you’re planning to cook, make sure to bring your own oil/spices/butter/cooking spray everything you need except pans and plates, The location was convenient to the beach although I wouldn’t recommend a it of late night walks alone. TV was easy to work. Unfortunately there was no laundry detergent but even a rinse cycle in the washer helped with all the sand!

Great proximity to the beach

Will stay again. Faces the ocean and literally a block or so away but through a shadier area but all the same no sweat. Just enough space for 4 adults and 2 teens. Parking was perfect. Pool was nearby. House was pretty clean except a few hairballs here and there but was assured by owner that bedding is changed between uses. Smart Tvs. Patio front and rear. Really happy to find there were paper plates to use. Beds were loud but comfy. Wouldve liked a broom or vacuum to deal with the sand that tracks in from the beach. Overall Will stay again.

The property was standard nothing special Tried to check in earlier because of the flight going into MB the “super host” kept stalling basically put us off until we got off the plane 5 hours before check in We had to use our own passwords if we wanted to watch TV in the bedrooms Each time we went out we felt we were being watched since the doorbell camera illuminated We were asked to clean up and take out the trash not sure if that was standard practice since thought that was covered in the fee overall I would verify if you plan to watch TV or need any ADA support We won’t stay there again

Letonia, thank you for your feedback. However, I must disagree with your review. I always try to accommodate early check ins, when possible, but I didn't hear from you until just before arrival. Also, guests use their own streaming passwords for the TVs, I don't advertise otherwise. The doorbell camera illuminates when it detects motion, it's not used to monitor guests. I also accept ADA service animals but wasn't informed of one for your stay. Lastly, taking trash out is standard for vacation rentals. I didn't ask you to clean up. I appreciate your comments and wish you the best in future travels.

Family vacation October 2024

The beach house was absolutely clean Emily the host was very informative and assisted with any questions if I had any. The only things I wished I would've checked on was to see if any motorcycle rally's was taking place because all the people driving motorcycles was extremely loud all through the night due to the beach house being right by two busy roads. Yes, I go to the beach very frequently I understand it's loud there it was just a little bit more because of the rally's. The neighborhood was a little sketchy a guy walked by us while we were sitting outside enjoying the breeze to ask if we were on vacation we started being extra careful after that. Other than the noise we had a great vacation.

misleading pictures and quality

This house is in need of some serious TLC and updates. The sofas are stained and obviously have never be cleaned or kept up. There were ants throughout the place although the manager attests to monthly inspections. The overall area is poor and somewhat sketchy.
