Adam was a fantastic host. Very communicative and welcoming. The place was spotless and thoughtfully setup. Perfect location near walking distance of everything the strip has to offer. Def planning on booking this spot whenever we travel to Pitt.

Splendid guest experience indeed! Adam’s instructions were helpful and frictionless. The accommodations are excellent and make for quite comfortable stay. It’s proximity to the Strip District is a major draw, which I got experience on a Saturday for the first time!

Wish I could stay here forever

Being from out of town and not familiar with the area, it was super important to me to be in a safe and comfortable place. This property knocked that out of the park. The inside was lovely and shower was to DIE for. The on-site laundry was a huge plus and being barely 10 mins from the strip district was such a treat. I temporarily moved to Pittsburgh for an internship and wish I could spend my entire 6 months at the property. I highly recommend staying here.

Great little place, good location

This is a very nice, clean place in an interesting neighborhood. Walking distance to the Pittsburgh strip, but very cool, revitalized area with good food and hip shops immediately nearby. Make plans to check out the Clemente museum which is like a block away.

Great short stay

We were driving through Pittsburgh and needed a place to stay the night. The apartment was easy to access and exactly like the photos. The space was clean and a breeze to check in and out. A great place to stay for the night.

We loved staying in this cozy little place. It was perfect for our needs. We were able to peruse the local shops and drive a few blocks to our favorite places on the strip district. All of our needs were met. The full kitchen, roomy bedroom, and lovely shower made our stay pleasant and easy.We will definitely be back!Thanks Adam!

Amazing place to stay

This property was fantastic. Easy to get to and check-in/check-out was simple to navigate, and the location was so close to the stores and restaurants in The Strip. Adam was the most responsive and helpful host, and will make everything easy. The property is as shown in the pictures, and everything is beautifully decorated and lots of amenities provided. (My husband and I were blown away by how thoughtful everything was!) Super comfortable bed, well-stocked kitchen, great shower, access to washer/dryer. We were only there for a couple days on the way to Central PA, but would love to stay there again if we're ever in the area.

Highly recommended!

We absolutely adored this space! It was spacious and inviting, and the open floor plan was nicely decorated. There was plenty of storage in the bedroom and the shower was top notch! Location is great - minutes away from tons of Strip District shopping and a short Uber ride to downtown and sports venues. We can’t wait to go back!

Apt near strip district

Clean, spacious and updated apt on the fringe of the strip district. The immediate surrounding area is not the nicest but a block or 2 away are great restaurants/ bars! Understand that if you book this place you will be adjacent to the ramp exiting the highway. There will be some traffic noise.

Short stay in Pittsburgh

Adam was great, super accommodating and responsive! I was moving my daughter back to U. Pitt, and decided to stay longer so I needed a place to stay in a pinch. Adam was quick to respond and I was able to check-in same day. The apartment was super nice, larger than it appeared in the photos, very comfortable and felt like home. The free parking was a plus! Will be back! Thanks!

We choose this property because of it's convenient location between our favorite neighborhoods in Pittsburgh, Lawrenceville and The Strip District. We spent 5 years renovating the property which formerly housed the infamous 31st Street Pub into a home for our family.

A 5 min walk in either direction brings you to the heart of Pittsburgh's best shopping, dinning, coffee shops, breweries and more. A 10 min walk across the 31st bridge and you are in one of the best parks in Pittsburgh at Washington's Landing. Located on an Island in the middle Allegheny river, enjoy a walk through nature, surrounded by water, with some of the best views of downtown Pittsburgh from Herr’s Island Bridge. Three Rivers Heritage Trail also runs through the island.
