This cabin was in the perfect location, is wonderfully cozy and super quiet. We came in from Maine and Indiana. The cabin was easy to find, easy to access and perfect for our needs. Even saw 2 deer in the field right outside the windows! Thank you for an excellent stay!

The cabin was very nice and Tammy, Floyd, Jackson and Luca were even nicer! My husband and I found the cabin to be in the perfect location, close to everything! We took the trolley (light rail system) into the city and back to see Notre Dame on Saturday and the Steelers on Sunday. It's very easy to get around. We parked at Washington Junction so no fee to park there. Much more reasonable than parking downtown for the 50 to 75 dollar fee for every game!

This is a spacious, clean somewhat rural but still suburban cabin in the outskirts of Pittsburgh. Tammy and Floyd are wonderful hosts, responsive and a kick to chat with. Be sure to say hi to Jackson, their German Shepherd! Loved our stay there!

We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay at the Lily Pad. The cabin was spotless and location was very quiet and peaceful. The owner was very helpful and welcoming. This location has the great mix of a country feel with easy access to downtown Pittsburgh. The drive to PNC Park on the North Shore is just a little over 35 minutes. Plenty of great restaurant options nearby and the must-visit Trax Farm is less than two minutes away. Great place to stay.

An amazing and quiet getaway

This little cabin is absolutely amazing, it stayed cool inside despite it being almost 100 outside, the view was absolutely amazing and the hosts were very friendly and attentive, the space was very cozy and inviting, and the surrounding area was very beautiful, we loved the quaint and relaxing atmosphere, the pond and firepit were very nice and the whole experience was absolutely out of this world, we will definitely be returning in the fall, over all I will give this place a 10/10 on everything from atmosphere to fun. Its very quiet despite being minutes from the road and great for nature loving people, so for a quick getaway or a fun little vacation this little cabin should be put at the top of the list, as well as the proceeds going to help animals in need, who could ask for a better experience, our anniversary was definitely an amazing one and we loved every minute the hosts were amazing and we couldnt ask for more

Loved Our Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the LILY PAD Cabin! The cabin was exactly as described—cozy, clean, and full of character. The setting was peaceful and picturesque, with a lovely view overlooking a small pond right on the property. Our 2-year-old especially enjoyed watching the pond and exploring the outdoor space. The host were very accommodating! It was the perfect relaxing getaway for our family. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Wonderful place.

Cabin is exactly as advertised. Very clean. Quiet relaxing atmosphere. Porch overlooks lily pond. Location is great. Owners on site and respond quickly. Thoroughly enjoyed the cabin. Great hospitality from owners. My new go to place when I travel to PA.

Right at home!

We immediately felt right at home in our cozy cabin. The apartment had everything we needed plus a lovely porch for enjoying that morning coffee. The hosts were attentive, and helpful - suggesting ways to enjoy the area. It was a great homebase for our weekend wedding with friends. We would definitely stay again.

Class Reunion

Lily Pad was great! It was perfect for our purpose. Particularly loved the front porch in the mornings and evenings. Wonderful location, and being so close to Trax Farm is a real plus. Owners are the best.

Weekend visit to PA

We enjoyed our stay at the Lily Pad cabin. We had both rentals on the property including Mojo's Loft. Communication from the beginning was excellent. We had a very late arrival and had no issues getting into the unit. Loved the cabin feel. The porch is a lovely place to sit and read or play a game. Would definitely stay again if returning to the area.

Perfect for a Pirates weekend

We could not be more pleased with the Lilly Pad. The quality and peacefulness of the cabin exceeded our expectations, even after reading the many great reviews. The country location provides the rare blend of being away from the city but still having easy access to downtown Pittsburgh. We averaged 30 minutes from the cabin to PNC Park for Pirates games - a very easy drive -- and could have opted for the trolley just a few minutes away. The proximity of restaurants and shopping is amazing as well, with Trax Farms just a minute down the road (an absolute must-visit) as well as a great breakfast place (Beach House) and multiple lunch & dinner spots in Bethel Park. Cool and rainy weather prevented us from taking advantage of the fire pit, but it made for perfect weather to just sit and relax on the front porch overlooking the pond. Will definitely be back.
