Texas. Fredonia Street House has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a roomy common area, ideal for
indoor family get-togethers! The spacious wrap porch is perfect for morning coffee, even on a rainy
East Texas day, and the outdoor grill provides the best excuse for a summer barbecue! While the
house itself is antique, Fredonia Street House is equipped with modern amenities such as WI-FI and

It was perfect for a visit to see our daughter at SFA. I took the grandparents and having a shower that they could walk into relieved a lot of stress. Everyone loved the house.

The home had lots of places to gather for us. There was a kitchen table, a dining table and a wonderful wraparound porch for sitting outside. We felt very safe in the area, despite arriving after dark. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of knick knacks and antiques - would not have young children in this home but a group of adults is perfect!

A great stay!

This house was perfect for a group of women needing a living room with plentiful chairs , a nice kitchen, and very comfortable beds & pillows. Also, a nice front porch to enjoy the outdoors. A short walk to shops downtown,, we had a lovely stay. THANKS

SFA graduation weekend

Beautiful and Cozy

Sitting on the front porch was so relaxing. It was great to be in walking distance to the brewery, shopping, and our event at the Fredonia Hotel. The bed was very comfortable, the extra bedroom fans in each room is a perfect detail that every host should have! I highly recommend this lovely property.

Review of Fredonia House

The residence was beautifully decorated, clean and with comfortable furniture and bedding. The owners provided all the necessities. It is Coventry within walking distance of downtown for shopping, eating and local bars. We highly recommend this pproperty.

Cousins retreat

We loved the property & the beautiful old house & furnishings Everything that we needed was there for us to appreciate & enjoy. We are all in our later years and felt so welcomed by our host & hostess. The size of the house made it possible for us to extend a dinner invitation for other family members to join us for dinner on our last day. We would return to this house in a heartbeat!!

Meet up in Nac

We drove from Houston and family drove from Arkansas. The house was perfect for the six of us. We enjoyed the antique furniture in the old but modernized home. We recommend this home and we're already looking forward to renting it again for another weekend together.

Cozy house for a wedding weekend!!

The house was roomy, clean & has so much historical charm. Hardwood floors & honeycomb tile just made me so happy! The house was stocked with plenty of utensils & tableware for cooking & baking. The communication with the owners was top notch! They were super flexible with our timeframe & answered every question we had. It was a great experience!!

Beautiful Home

We stayed for the weekend with my mom. The home was an older home that was remodeled. It has an old time charm which is perfect for Nacagdoches. The appliances are all top notch and updated. Lots of interesting antiques to look at, but not so many that you would feel overwhelmed. We felt very safe. Neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Spent lots of time hanging out on the front porch drinking coffee. We visited in the middle of the Texas summer, so it was a little warm at times. The a/c wasn't optimal until the late evening, but we still very much enjoyed our stay.
