Beautiful, but loud in the morning

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

This is a beautiful condo. The space is clean and tastefully updated. The beds are comfortable and the TVs are big and in every room. You really can’t go wrong if you stay at Kingston Resort in terms of entertainment including the multiple pools, slides, restaurants, etc. The downside of this particular condo is that it’s located near the loading dock for the restaurant. We were awakened staring at 6:30am, every morning by the loud beeping, that echoed from delivery trucks. It was so annoying and unpleasant. Another inconvenience is the en-suite master bathroom. The space for it is huge, however the shower and toilet are situated in a water closet that is so small and narrow you can’t really close the bathroom door. The kitchen cookware was sparse and damaged/ruined. The management team was great about replacing the skillet and large pot immediately when I informed them that they were unusable, but it was still an inconvenience. Another small inconvenience is that there’s no k-cup coffee machine. I know it’s not required, but I think it would be very helpful to have one in this unit. Would I stay in this unit again? Absolutely not!! That loud beeping in the morning drove me and my family nuts. It’s a beautiful unit, but they need to find a way to quiet/silence the delivery trucks when they’re unloading (driving in reverse) for me to reconsider staying in this particular unit.
