Welcome to our serene retreat nestled on a quiet street with a private backyard, offering the perfect setting for relaxation and entertainment. Sink into the comfy sofa and stream your favorite shows on the big-screen smart TV. Our kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals throughout the day. If you're seeking a centrally located home for work, study, or leisure in Colorado Springs, look no further than this modern, contemporary haven—a true masterpiece that captivates from within.

Our house is conveniently situated across from Taylor Elementary, just 2 blocks away from the classic Patty Jewett Golf Course. Enjoy easy access to Colorado College and Shooks Run Trail within walking distance. Less than 5 minutes away, you'll find downtown, hospitals, I-25, shopping, and dining options. We're delighted to provide recommendations about the local area and address any questions you may have through the Airbnb conversation thread or our 24/7 Guest Experience Department.

Free street parking is available in the area.

🔇 Gatherings & Quiet Hours

While we want you to have a great time in Colorado Springs, please respect our strict "No Party" policy out of consideration for other tenants and neighbors. Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for ensuring the conduct of all individuals in their unit.

🚭 Smoking

Smoking of any kind is prohibited in the unit. A minimum penalty fee of $250 will be charged if smoking is detected during your reservation period.

🕒 Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in time is at or after 4pm, and check-out time is before or at 10am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are subject to availability and must be requested one day in advance. Late checkouts until 12pm/noon are available for an additional fee of $25 per hour.

🔐 Security

For security purposes, exterior security cameras are installed to deter package theft and unauthorized gatherings. There are no recording devices inside the unit.

🎂 Minimum Age

All guests listed on the reservation must be 18 years or older and present at check-in and throughout the stay. By booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

👥 Occupancy

This house accommodates up to 6 overnight guests. While you're welcome to have visitors, please adhere to city regulations, limiting overnight occupancy to 6 people at any given time. Over occupancy may result in eviction.

🔑 You will have access to the entire home and property during your stay. We have a 24/7 messaging team that is always ready to help with recommendations and the rare emergencies.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.



🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.



✅ City Permit: Don't worry about your stay being canceled at the last minute due to a violation from the City forcing the unit to shut down. We are permitted with the city. A-STRP-24-0782.

Great location!

Carpet hadn’t been fully vacuumed in what looked like a long time. Largest bedroom had a poor design with limited space between bed frame and air conditioner/purifier (big bruises to show for it). Temperature control was difficult. Sectional sofa pictured in listing was swapped out for a traditional size sofa. There was a light out in the bathroom and the shower was dark.

Great place for an extended stay

Small and quaint, but safe neighborhood and cozy. Backyard was great for our dogs and allowed for an enjoyable stay. Would stay there again, especially if looking for a high-quality cost effective place.

Great location quiet street

The property location is highly desirable with easy access to food, parks, and the hospital. There is plenty of outdoor space for pet recreation and relief. The house is on a quiet one way street with little traffic. The host was very responsive when the front door had a glitch and would not open.
