Upon walking five minutes down the road, you will find yourself in the Garden of the Gods - a magnificent landscape where stunning red rock formations, panoramic views of Pikes Peak, and endless opportunities for exploration await.

Settle in and make yourself at home in this charming three-bedroom, two-bathroom, three-story retreat. With 1700 sq ft of space, located in a tranquil neighborhood where our street ends at the Garden of the Gods, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. Keep an eye out for the deer that often wander through the area!

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking, making meal preparation a breeze.

Upstairs, two bedrooms offer queen beds and access to a spacious private deck nestled among the trees.

On the main floor, you'll find the living room, dining room, and kitchen.

Downstairs, the master suite features a king bed, full bathroom, TV, and lounge area.

Relax on your secluded upstairs deck, equipped with patio chairs, two loungers, and side tables for your comfort.

One dog is welcome with approval and pet fee!

Horses are walking by daily, and you can always join in on the experience provided by the family owned landmark - Academy Stables, which is just a block down the road. This home is also within walking distance of the historic Buffalo Lodge, where you can grab a drink, see a concert, or attend an art or bicycle event. Located near many restaurants, attractions, and hiking. A quick five minute drive to Historic Manitou Springs or go towards Downtown Colorado Springs and stop in Old Colorado City.

This home is a duplex with one shared wall. Front doors are completely separate and are located on different streets.
