ring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The home is centrally-located to many popular destinations. Visit Disneyland Park one day and explore the local beaches the next day. Quiet Residental Neighborhood. With 9 Queen size beds, each family member can sleep comfortable. The kitchen have new appliances and is equipped with all the basic amenities to whip up a warm and hearty meal.
1. No parties or events allowed. 1000$ Fine and removed from property immediately if party occurs
2. No unregistered guests allowed.
3. No illegal substances or smoking allowed on the premises.
4. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
5. Smoking outside on the patio only. No smoking in the house.
6. No shoes on the beds.
7. No loud music indoors or outdoors at any time.
8. Please respect the noise curfew from 10PM to 8AM. No outdoor activities between these times.
9. Please respect check-in and check-out times.

Kim was such a great host! The house was very clean and we never thought of bringing stuff to cook with or anything (who does on vacation?) but she had everything we needed. The rooms was extremely spacious and welcoming. The stay was perfect!

Excellent Location

Kim was very helpful during our stay! This location is so convenient to 3 beaches and Disneyland! The floor plan is nice and open. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!!

Great house!

We had plenty of room! Could benefit from another couch or loveseat in the living room. We would definitely stay again. Aside from an air conditioner&smoke detector issue everything was pretty great! House is in a good location!

Nice house

We really enjoyed our stay in Southern California at this home. It adequately fit our family. We all had beds and bathrooms and weren’t on top of each other all the time. The kitchen is spacious and lots of sitting room to eat. Overall we had a great stay. I would say that I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the home. Anytime we went barefoot, our feet would turn black. And there were no cleaning supplies for us to clean it ourselves. My only other complaint was the seating in the family room. There are 2 recliner couches. But they are bolted to the wall so they can’t recline. They are very uncomfortable to sit in and watch tv since the headrest is overfilled to make the reclining position comfortable. Also, there is only enough seating in the family room for maybe 6 people, yet there are enough beds for 18. It just made it difficult for us to watch a movie or enjoy the family room together. I would recommend staying at this house if you have lots of activities planned outside of the house. We went to the beach 2 days and Disneyland 2 days, so we didn’t spend a lot of time relaxing in the home. We were mainly just there to sleep and eat.
