Whether you are having coffee at sunrise while listening to the waves break, drinking wine catching the sunset next to the fire pit, grilling in the backyard or relaxing on the swing chair, this property will allow you to enjoy the essence of the South Bay lifestyle.

The space
You’ll enjoy ocean views from the front and back yards, living room, kitchen, master bedroom & bathroom. Additionally, a postless bi-fold door systems opens out onto the front yard creating a seamless indoor/outdoor experience.

The house comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 2 little kids. There is 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, two single beds, 1 toddler bed and 1 crib. An inflatable queen mattress, a single cot, additional baby crib and pack&play are available upon request. Additional guests are welcome with host approval.

A dedicated office space with a desk, office chair, computer screen and wifi printer is located in one of the bedrooms.

- Bike ride and walk to / at the beach (5 bikes provided including two electric)
- Dinner / drinks / shopping in the Riviera Village (0.8 miles away)
- Swimming / boogie boarding / surfing in the ocean (2 boogie boards provided)
