There is also an enclosed backyard with a covered patio and a propane grill, so you can surprise your friends with delicious grilled treats. Inside this air-conditioned retreat, the inviting living area offers a great spot to unwind and create everlasting memories with your guests - kick back and relax on the large sectional and stream a favorite series on the smart TV with streaming capabilities. The house has high-speed WiFi, so you can stay connected and enjoy all your favorite movies and TV shows. The well-equipped kitchen has all major appliances so you can cook tasty meals for the whole crew. It also offers a small coffee station with a drip and Keurig coffee makers. The main bedroom features a smart TV and an en suite bathroom. From here, guests can access a sleeping nook with a crib and a changing table.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
