Brand New Cabin for 2023! Lagniappe Lookout features a private indoor heated pool in the heart of the Smokey Mountains. Enjoy the beautiful views with morning coffee on the peaceful covered porches. There is something for everyone to enjoy.

Play a game of Skee ball, Air Hockey, Boss Toss, cornhole on the porch or one of the 64 games on the multi-cade game system and more.
Relax in the hot tub on the deck and enjoy the evening on the star gazing upper deck. Enjoy swinging and tell stories and make memories at the custom firepit.

Located in beautiful Cedar Falls Resort which features, playground, hiking trail, swimming pool, basketball court, picnic pavilion with tables, chapel available for our guests to reserve, and fishing pond.

It is located only 5 miles from the strip and Pigeon Forge. It has beautiful, wooded views of Bluff Mountain in the Wears Valley area of Pigeon Forge and Sevierville.

Just added Level 3 EV Charging for all vehicles.

Place was very clean upon arrival. Had plenty of space. The pool was awesome . Loved the location, not too far from pigeon forge or gatlinburg. Beautiful beautiful home and area. Loved it!

Amazing Family Vacay

The property was all we expected and more. We had a wonderful time and can’t say enough about this beautiful home. Our group consisted of two families with kids ranging in age from 7yrs to 22yrs. There was something for everyone. The pool and game room were a hit with the younger ones and the hot tub and fire pit were enjoyed by all. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and had everything you needed. The views from the decks were amazing and we even saw a mama bear and her cubs crossing the road while we were there. We hope to be back soon!

Gorgeous location!

Our family came to celebrate my 41st birthday as well as our 20 year anniversary! The whole family enjoyed the stay. The location to everything in Pigeon Forge was such a bonus! We love the resort and its amenities as well!

Family Weekend Getaway

The cabin was perfect for our extended weekend getaway with our children and grandchildren. It was well appointed and the views were absolutely amazing. We loved the location and felt it was close to plenty of attractions. Thanks for sharing your cabin with us, we will definitely be back!

Nice cabin

We had a great time, however the main floor tv and the hot tub didn’t work which was disappointing after a long drive from Illinois and wanting to relax in the hot tub and having to co-sleep with the kids on the lower level to watch TV. Just a minor inconvenience with it being a holiday, but they refunded us 200 for the inconvenience so that was nice! Overall a great cabin and very clean!!

Spring break

We enjoyed our stay! The kids loved the pool and games. There was enough room for everyone and lots of outdoor seating opitons. We would stay again.

Mountain Perfection

We just returned from a week long trip at the Lagniappe Lookout and we miss it so much!!!! Our group was 2 families with 4 kids age ranges of 8-14. Don't think twice about renting this gem of a property as it was perfection. The space was perfect for our group of 8. Everything was well stocked and the amenities were fantastic. The whole family enjoyed the pool, hot tub, game room, fire pit and the neighborhood. We took daily walks up and down the "mountain" to enjoy the basketball court and the nature trail. We loved just sitting on the many porches to watch the sunrise / sunset and just relax and enjoy the view. We also loved how easy it was to get into Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We felt removed from the hustle bustle but still really close with enough essential nearby down the hill if we needed them. Our highlights were Goats on the Roof, Red Jasper's Beer Garden and gem mining (gem mining here was far superior to other locations and the setting is amazing), Dollywood, Anakeesta and GSMNP (checkout little river trail at Elkmont campground for a quieter springtime trail that is nice and flat for kiddos and runs along a beautiful river setting). As already noted, rent this property, you won't be disappointed, in fact, you may never want to leave!

Spring Break 2025

What an amazing property! The house was very clean and well furnished. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The view of the mountains from the different deck levels were breathtaking. The neighborhood fishing pond was big hit with our kids. They loved catching the catfish and bluegill and enjoyed the experience. Lonnie and Becky were very responsive and always stayed in touch. The pool water was a little chilly when we first got there. But they got a pool guy out the next day and fixed the water temperature. We will definitely be back and had a great experience!

The cabin is beautiful

The cabin was great the kids loved the pool and game room. Had a hiccup at check in but all is well things happen! It’s a beautiful property and would recommend anyone to stay.

Lagniappe Lookout is Spectacular!

Beautiful property! Wonderful hosts! We enjoyed New Years in this gorgeous home. The views are amazing. The location is ideal, close to all amenities, shopping, and dining. We hope to make this home part of our annual tradition. We highly recommend Lagniappe Lookout!

Awesome Cabin

We had a group of 9 staying in this cabin! Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge were both insanely busy so we spent most of our time at the cabin. The kids and the adults had the best time with all of the amenities that come with this reservation! Everything was so clean and so well done! We would all love to stay here again!

Christmas getaway

Our 3 generations rent a cabin everyyear for christmas. We dont do anything excapt spend time to gether at the cabin cooking playing games making memeries. We no longer buy gifts we just do this instead the kids loved the pool. The cabin was perfect in every way

This cabin is perfect for families with young children and teenagers. We barely left the cabin. There was so much to do there.

We chose Cedar Falls Resort with beautiful, picturesque entrance and amenities. The location is everything we had been looking for spacious private lot with vast view of the mountain range, level parking and easy accessibility to Parkway.
Just out of town, yet only a few miles to Alpine Coaster, Wears valley, Goats on the Roof, Dollywood, museum, Dollywood , Great Smoky Mountain National Park, The Island , Apple Barn, Dixie Stampede and many more shows, dining entertainment and shopping.
