Our home is only 30 minutes from beautiful St. Pete Gulf beaches, Raymond James Stadium, and Amelie Arena.

Fishing enthusiasts will be delighted to find a private dock over the canal in the backyard. Enjoy casting out your line and reeling in a variety of fish species.

Embark on exciting adventures, such as kayaking and paddleboarding out to Weedon Island, or biking on the bike path that leads to downtown. Discover the beauty of the surrounding area and create memories that will last a lifetime.

Kayaks, SUPs, fishing gear, coolers, pool floats, beach chairs, and towels are all available for your enjoyment. Just over the footbridge is a gorgeous park for walking, biking, and skating.

The kitchen is very open and is usually where gatherings occur indoors. The gas convection stove is stellar for baking and fast cooking. Anything you want in a kitchen is at your fingertips, such as an air fryer, blender, dishes, silverware, dishwasher, bakeware, pots/pans, etc.

Since this is our full-time residence, it will feel welcoming and cozy for your family vs. a full-time rental property. It is an older 1950's FL ranch-style home we've been updating since 2017, then a full interior remodel in August 2025*.

The driveway is suitable for up to four cars. The front yard does not have the best curb appeal yet, but we've often been told that once you walk through the front door, our space is "magical."
