My apologies for the issues. It's completely my fault. I was convinced , and should haver have been, to allow a group of Spring Breakers in a few weeks ago... despite having my team go through the house , and despite me now paying out more money to fix things than what they paid me to stay.. we are still finding issues. Like.. who breaks off a piece of trim that's 9 feet up in the air over a door? Countless absolutely absurd, I mean, they had to go out of their way to break.. patio furniture, coffee pots, trim, bunk bed slats, you name it..... Never again.

Robin I am sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. I did everything in my power to please you. You had several issues upon arrival, I sent out a maintenance man immediately and fixed them all.... then you had more issues, so I sent out another guy and the pool guy. Then all the sudden the pool water level is dropping... because somehow the hose that feeds the autofill was turned off...so no water going through the heater, no heat. Whoever turned it off could have just turned it back on.... like I told you. Then there's the golf cart, last guest and my cleaner both swear the golf cart key was in the ignition of the golf cart. He takes a photo of it every time for damage purposes... yet, somehow there's no key, so now I have to have a new ignition put in the golf cart to get new keys.... You reported the outdoor patio furniture, one piece, on one floor, one piece of probably 25-30 pieces of patio furniture was broken.... SO I immediately purchased an entire new set. You reported that the lights didn't work in the bedroom.... and I told you that you need to turn them on....that they are operated both by the switch on the wall, or right at the light at the bed, so late at night you can just roll over and turn it off. However... if it's turned off that way, it won't turn back on at the switch, you need to turn it back on at the light. I told you this also. It really doesn't seem to me to be that complicated. There is no closing mechanism on the gate, the only way it closes is if you close it behind you.... which, doesn't make any sense. Your stay ended up costing me more than you paid me.....Again... I wish I could have made you happy.... I most certainly tried my best and at considerable expense. I will though take your comments to heart and will be driving over to the home next week to do a complete top to bottom walk through and ensure everything is as perfect as can be
