Welcome to Coyote Crossing vacation home located in Rim Vista, just 5 miles south of downtown Moab. Wake up to beautiful unobstructed views from both upstairs King suites. An additional bed Queen Sleeper Sofa is located in the living room.

After a day on the trails, a well-furnished kitchen & grill make this feel like your home in Moab. Everyone can relax & stream their favorite shows & movies on three smart TVs. Gig internet has enough bandwidth to spare for video calls & the remote worker of the crew. There is a full-size washer & dryer in the home.

Bedding Layout:

* Master Bedroom: King bedroom, ensuite bathroom and 50" smart TV
* 2nd Master Bedroom: King bedroom, ensuite bathroom and 50" smart TV
* Additional Bedding: Queen Sleeper Sofa in the downstairs living room

Additional amenities with your Coyote Crossing stay include a community sports courts (basketball and tennis) along with a seasonal swimming pool (open April-October) and hot tubs (open all year).

**Pet Policy:**
If you plan to bring your furry friend along, Utah Escapes welcomes pets with a $25 per day per pet fee (maximum of 1 dog, no cats allowed). We kindly request responsible pet ownership, including cleaning up after your pet. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture and should not be left unattended in the unit. If you intend to leave them alone during the day, proper crating is required. By bringing your dog to the property, you agree to assume full financial responsibility for any pet-related damages. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive dog hair or waste is left behind.

Great Place to Stay

This is a beautiful place to stay minutes from downtown Moab. We loved that is was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and the neighborhood was quiet. After long days of off-roading, it was nice to come back to a place that felt like home and just relax. This is a must-stay! We will definitely come back!

Great place

Great little place. Had everything we need. Super comfortable and amazingly clean when we arrived. I would definitely rent this place again. We come to Moab every year to ride bikes and once again we had a great time.

Very nice property

This property was 5 miles from downtown Moab which was great because we didn’t have the chaos of Moab but it was a very quick and easy to get there. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was exceptionally clean!

Fun stay in Moab

Beautiful townhome with great views and privacy on the back patio. Two bedrooms with comfortable king size beds. Instructions for entering and check out were detailed and easy to follow. Bring your swim suit for the pool to cool off.

Perfect Stay for National Parks Visit

We had a very pleasant stay at this home. It's brand new and it had all the amenities we needed. The Weber grill on the back patio worked flawlessly and the patio offered gorgeous views. Hats off to Jeff at Utah Escapes. The check-in process was seamless. The website made it easy to choose the best unit for our needs, and the reservation and billing process was transparent and easy to navigate. All in all, we were very pleased and would stay again.

Nice new townhome. Needs better quality beds/bedding

Super clean 2 bedroom home. Unfortunately we felt that the beds and bedding were cheap, hard and uncomfortable. Wasn’t able to get a good nights sleep. And since we were only there to sleep, I’d rather we spend more money on a place that had quality beds.

Perfect Stay

My son, daughter-in-law, and I stayed 3 nights while we were exploring Canyonlands and Arches. The townhome was perfectly clean, well stocked with essentials, and very comfortable. There were beautiful views from both spacious master suites. The layout was perfect and the keycode was super simple. The townhome is about 15 min from the entrance to Arches, 45 min to Canyonlands, and 5 min to Moab city center. We didn’t have time to use the pool because we had so many hikes to explore but it seemed lovely and there were spare beach towels in the laundry room closet. The grill was awesome! Will definitely stay here again as soon as we can make it back.

Christmas Vacation

Beautiful stay at this townhome was pretty clean, and the wind blows like crazy in Moab so understand the sand on the patio and indoors. In the bedroom I used, the bed was absolutely lumpy and hard, it's too bad because the townhome itself was adequately furnished, the kitchen was amazing, and it had everything I needed.

Great Space!

I booked this townhome last minute as I was in town for a race. The listing had a construction notice with reduced pricing for my dates, which was a bonus for me - we were not planning to be at the townhome much during the day, so construction noise was not a concern for my group. Upon arrival, you can see the construction, no surprise there I guess. Once inside, you can see that the owner took their time to dial in this brand new townhome. We were very impressed with the quality of the furnishings as well as the thoughtfulness in providing everything we needed to enjoy our time in Moab. The one item that was overlooked - pool towels, was resolved with a quick text to Jeff, the property manager. Thank you for a great stay!
