Wait no more, Mid Century Haus sits on the edge of town on a sprawling lot with large oaks, boasting all the trends of modern day with a touch of jazzy flair. This home is inviting and fun and sure to wow! Conveniently located just a few minutes to downtown Bellville where you can enjoy multiple dining options including upscale `22 N Holland`, boutiques such as `Buck Ferguson` and `Southern Trends` and an insta-famous trendy coffee shop and eat house called `the gathery`! Offering three bedrooms and two full bathrooms this home can comfortably sleeps 7 guests. A short drive to nearby towns of Brenham, New Ulm, Round Top/Carmine and Chappell Hill. **Coming soon a backyard firepit oasis and coffee courtyard.

This was an absolutely wonderful property. We were there for a horse show. Very spacious, clean and great kitchen, as well as nice areas for sitting and chatting. I would definitely stay again. Beat expectations for sure.

Nice home for our short stay

The house is very nice and well equipped. It felt very large when you first walk in thanks to all of the natural light. Conveniently located very close to downtown Bellville.

Great property. The exterior door locking mechanism and codes were difficult to gain access. The owner came on the intercom and assisted quickly. Nice little book that gave the visitors "things to know and do."

Good overall experience

Property was very nice overall and the interior was very nice. Loved the pictures including the old war pictures. Rooms were very clean. Overall house and hospitality items provided were also a plus. I could not find the container behind the house for the trash. I would definitely stay here again if I’m the Bellville area. We had five adults and one child staying there and found the house spacious. Bathroom and shower facilities also very spacious and well kept.

Lovely property

Property & manager were great! The VRBO online listed location is incorrect. It is not .1miles from the city center. Location on 159 was fine for us. Someone who wanted to walk to Bellville Square would not be able to do that. Manager says they are trying to fix listing.

Hi Jennifer - Apologies for the confusion with the maps on VRBO, unfortunately the way VRBO does things is you only see an approximate location, we have the correct address in the booking site. Its walking distance to downtown, just would not be a very pleasant walk along FM 159. We hope to have you guys back again soon.

Nope not again….

Walked in and the smell of old musty hit me first. Second, hot as hell in the house upon arrival, took 1 hour to cool off to where it was bearable. No thank you. After working 14 hours I was expecting a place to relax not a place to work another shift. Good luck

Communication was not good. Two days before our trip I got a response to emails I had been sending. The house had dirty clothes in the closet, air return vents had mold on them as well as the AC filter was filthy so we were breathing this air! No soap dispenser in one bathroom and the other one was empty. Dead cockroach in the bedroom and all rooms were dusty. A booger was wiped on the chair covers at the dining table and appeared they had not been washed. The exhaust fan over the stove top was covered in filth. I would not return to this property and would not recommend it to our friends. When brought their attention they did offer to send someone out but we had already placed our things in the rooms so did not want anyone in there. We should not have had to stay in a filthy house. Worst home in 20 plus years of travel I have ever stayed in.
