Relax in a beautiful, new home, boasting 1800 square feet of livable space upstairs with a full 1800 square foot garage - Gym/Game Room downstairs. The upstairs deck is perfect for relaxing and watching the dolphins & manatees come in to play. Along with a new house comes all new appliances, furniture, bedding, etc.
*** THIS JUST IN*** New OverSized pool with sunbathing shelf & infinity spillover just completed, along with pool full bathroom.
Boat ready – Dock on Site. Easy access to the Gulf of Mexico...just right around the bend. Feel free to explore the waterways with our 4 kayaks & paddleboard....or the neighborhood on our bikes. Go fishing off the back dock with our fishing poles and supplies. Pull your boat up and dock it in the back. Gas up right around the bend at the local marina. Don’t have a boat?...Rent one right around the bend at The Captain’s Boat Rental. https://www.captainsboatrental.com/
• Room for 6 vehicles in the driveway.
• Each bedroom has a new flat screen, smart TV with access to cable and all the apps that we subscribe to, such as HBO max, Hulu, Vudu, Netflix, Prime, ESPN, etc.
• Wi-Fi is supported and amplified with a state-of-the-art mesh system.
• Washer & dryer upstairs in laundry room.
• There is a smoker/grill combo on the lower back patio.
• Patio furniture up and down stairs.
• Kitchen amenities include coffee/espresso maker, air fryer, mixers, crock pot, toaster, spices, plenty of glassware, cookware, utensils, etc.
• General amenities include starting complementary toiletries, laundry detergent, hair dryers, trash bags, paper towels.
We are just 60 minutes to Tampa, 90 minutes to Clearwater and to Orlando and a short bike ride to Weeki Wachee Springs. Enjoy our picturesque small beach town, with easy access to big city life, world class beaches, the best amusement parks and amazing night life.
While in Hernando Beach take advantage of everything our community has to offer, such as the many wildlife preserves, take a boat ride out to the HB Flats and go see the mermaids or ride in the glass bottom boats in Weeki Wachee.
Long term rentals welcome and will have discounts applied.

This place was wonderful. Kayaks, bikes, fishing poles, more things to do than I can remember. Incredibly well stocked kitchen from countertop appliances to spices to condiments to…. Comfortable beds, great shower…Every time that I would think about something I might want, they would have it…The owner was incredible. Always an amazingly quick response and always helpful and polite. First time kayaking with came across a group of manatees that we hung out with. The last time we came across some dolphins that were feeding. Just a lot of fun.

Run, don’t walk, to book this beautiful home! Check in process with Scott was so simple & easy, they sent us all the info we needed and promptly answered any questions we had! The house is so inviting and has EVERYTHING you need! There are 4 adult bikes, a game room, lots of board games, a PlayStation, water toys, floaties, kayaks, paddle board, beach towels, and fishing gear! We barely left the house, it was great!Beds are all comfortable, sofa is huge and open to the beautiful kitchen and dining area! I can’t say enough good things! The area itself is somewhat lowkey, only a few restaurants super close by but that was plenty for us and we enjoyed the slowness of the area, very relaxing. We were also there on fall break so it might be busier different times of the year. 15min down the road are tons of restaurants and grocery stores though. We enjoyed eating at Matoli’s, Java & Kava, Brian’s Place & Silver Dolphin.

Amazing view and a cozy home

Beautiful open floorplan, comfortable beds, every amenity you could want from a vacation rental. Scott is easy to talk to and responds quickly. He has also provided an app that has ALL the information you will need for the house, as well as information for the surrounding area. We will definitely be returning!

Beautiful Home and Location!

We had a wonderful experience at this home. It was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The pool, fishing, star gazing, and kayaks were so much fun! We even saw a dolphin when we kayaked down the canal. The entertainment in the garage was also helpful on the day it stormed and we couldn’t go outside. All in all, this is one of the best rentals we have stayed in. We plan to come back in the future!

We had a great stay!

We had a great stay at this home near Hernando Beach Flats! While it’s not super close to any traditional beaches, the location worked well for us—especially with boat rentals available just down the road. The house itself was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything so easy.But the real highlight? The pool—absolutely amazing! It was big and perfect for relaxing or having fun with the family. If you’re looking for a peaceful, comfortable spot with a fantastic pool and great host support, we definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful home with lots to do!

We travel to the Hernando Beach area every year to visit family and this is one of our favorite stays so far! The house has plenty to do to keep kids and teens entertained. My son fished off the dock every day, we used the kayaks, and we even saw a dolphin come right by the dock! The entire living space is on the second floor, so something to think about if you have anyone with mobility challenges. House was clean and well stocked. Owners are friendly. Absolutely recommend!

The property is clean and very well appointed and cared for. It's very spacious and worked well for our family. Slightly disappointed that the bikes and fishing reels were really not usable. Also, we were not prepared for the 20 steps to climb to get in and out, . The host pool was lovely but also unusable because the water temperature was just too cold but no fault of the host, just due to weather. We Loved It

The property was fantastic and suited our needs perfectly. Scott was very responsive when we needed to ask questions. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals for 8 people. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The basement provided hours of entertainment for all of us, but especially for our older kids. The dads enjoyed fishing off the dock. We had a great time and loved the property.

Looking forward to our next stay!

I had a great stay over the Christmas/New Year's holiday with my husband, our two children, and their spouses. We were greeted with a decorated Christmas tree which was really heart-warming. The home was clean, well maintained, stocked, and comfortable. It was fabulous that each couple could have their own bedroom (two of them w/ King beds) AND full bathroom. The comfortable sofa in the living room was large enough to seat all of us, and there was plenty of seating in the kitchen as well. The kitchen had everything that we needed and more! We've stayed at many rental properties and this kitchen was by far the most equipped. It was really nice having access to laundry as well, especially to refresh towels during our stay. We were able to make great use of all of the extra amenities, including the pool (even though it is not heated) and bar area, kayaks, and activities in the game room. We did wish that there was indoor stair access to the garage/game room, but it certainly wasn't an issue for us. We found the location to be perfect for what we were looking for: close to the beaches/waterways, restaurants/bars, groceries (Walmart nearby), town, and highways. Right from the start, we had great communication with Scott. He provided all of the details that we would need to access the home, to enjoy the amenities during our stay, and to check out. He also quickly and professionally responded to the few questions and comments we had before, during, and after our stay.

Gorgeous home

Beautiful home and great location. We brought our 30 ft boat and there were no issues. Easy access to boat ramp with gulf access. The pool is ideal after a day of fishing and boat for sure! Host very responsive to any and all questions. Highly recommend

Very nice open floor plan for family visit

It’s all about location for my family to visit with my mother who is in nearby assisted living, but this particular home was an excellent experience. The open kitchen and living room accommodated us very well when we just needed to hang out and watch some football. And the college age boys made good use of the games downstairs when they needed their space. We were very thankful to be hosted here and we would definitely return.

Phenomenal Location!!

We absolutely loved the location of this property! Right in the canal and not far from the main channel that goes to the Gulf. The kayaks were such a hit that we used them everyday! The house itself was unreal! The layout was perfect for our family and everything was just top notch! We will hopefully be back!

wonderful house and property owner

the house is brand new and beautifully decorated on the canal. a wonderful place to enjoy family. not only did the area have so much to offer for relaxing fun but the house itself had ping pong table/airhockey. we had dart championships. the kayaks were well equipped and a blast for all of us to use. we will rent here again.
