Mermaid Manor is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath pool home. Heated pool with built in seats is completely enclosed under enormous screened lanai. Lanai has lots of gathering space with loungers, dining tables and a gas grill. We have kayaks, life vests and paddles to explore the beautiful clear springs and watch the manatees. The dock, pool, lanai and entire house is for your family to enjoy privately. This is NOT shared with anyone else!! Only eco-friendly pest control products are professionally applied. We are trying to provide our guests with a carefree, healthy environment so they can concentrate on rest and relaxation. Our home comes with a fully equipped updated kitchen, all linens, towels, shampoo and soap, and even beach towels. Just about anything you would normally use in your home. Two flat screen TV's, and high speed internet.
There is on site parking for your boat trailer. The boat launch is less that 1 mile away at Rogers Park which also has a sandy beach.
Our home is on a 100 ft waterfront bulkhead located on a deep canal with direct access to the Weeki Wachee river and only 20 minute idle to the gulf. 7 minute car ride to the Pine Island Beach to watch beautiful sunsets.
There is an abundance of local waterfront restaurants that afford plenty of opportunity to cater to just about every taste. The area restaurants are very reasonably priced.
