Located in the Lobby Building, your ground-floor studio condo is filled with thoughtful touches. Enjoy morning coffee on your lanai (the lanai is four feet above ground). Whip up beach snacks in the kitchenette - with a sink, microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. Extras include AC, complimentary WiFi, TV, a walk-in shower with a seat, and beach towels.

THINGS TO KNOW
This vacation rental is not equipped with a washer/dryer. However, towel exchanges are offered for guests every Monday and Thursday.
This property is ADA compliant.
There are no elevators located in the Islander complex.
This property is managed by Vacasa Vacation Rentals of Hawaii LLC.

Convenient location!

This condo has a great location in Ka’paa with direct beach access and a convenient marketplace with restaurants within walking distance. The pool and grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. It’s a nice place to stay!

Nice property in a good location

This was a very nice property with well maintain pool and ground. It was on the beach and close to a marketplace. Centrally located made it easily to get to all of the sites

Dated but comfortable. Noisy bathroom fan every time the light is on; need to electronically separate light from a quieter fan. Hideous pendant light over breakfast table. Excellent welcome goodies. Need written directions for TV. Need USB ports for modern day traveler.

Perfect Views, Location, Accommodations

Loved this spot. Amazing view of the ocean for sunrise and sunset, perfect mini studio with everything you could need including hot plate, microwave, decent size and well working mini fridge, coffee pot. A little dirty upon arrival but with a little bit of cleaning wipes it was just fine. Beds were very comfy and cozy, despite the cover being deceiving my thin. It was actually perfect. Fan in bathroom a little loud but it was honestly no big deal. 100% coming back. Great central location with lots to do at the resort, around it, or easy to explore entire island. Best trip of my life. Also, Vacasa is very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Elect access

We have 2 iPads 2 phones and 2 claps.. 6 plugs plus your 4 plug in items to use in 4 sockets… it is a fire hazard .. the usb tower didn’t work. Also no table surface… should mount tv on wall oand put sat equity on side banner stand and leave dresser open. Add bamboo dhelver in bathroom for shampoos etc and give mor sink area to use. Otherwise room was nice!

Great!

We’ll let it slide that there was a small amount of dust on the bedside lamp 😂🤘🏼 What an amazing room! You CAN see the ocean from the porch/windows! The two beds are good for my girlfriend who enjoyed leaving me when I snored. Are the window curtains thick enough? I guess ask the folks walking by at 9pm 😮‍💨😁😬 The kitchen does the job. Finding the utensils is a nice stretch. There ARE coffee filters in the upper cupboard. The ice machine is a 3 min walk, but No problem. Overall 5 stars, and a big ol’ Aloha to ya!

Things you should know before booking this condo…

I booked this condo for a quick weekend trip for my two small kids and I. I’ve had a few days to think about what I believe would be helpful for others considering this unit. Please understand that while this unit is within the Aston Islander on the Beach, they do not manage it. They can help you get a parking pass, and that’s about it. If you need to communicate with anyone about this unit, you will have to look through about 20 emails you’ll get from Vacasa (the company that manages the property) to find the one phone number for the “on-island contact” Val. I needed to speak with her and called her several times and NEVER HEARD BACK. So, if you’re cool with absolutely no communication from the only person you can call, then you’ll be perfectly happy here. The unit itself was clean and comfortable for my children and I. The beds and pillows were soft, they slept like rocks. That’s an A+ in my book. We were welcomed with a pineapple, mac nuts, chocolates, cookies and a card. It was a nice touch. The room is equipped with bowls, plates, some silverware and basic cutlery. Don’t bother trying to cut into the pineapple with any knives or pineapple corer that is there. They are so dull that it’s really not worth the effort and fairly dangerous in my opinion. The bathroom has a shower, but no tub. It has hand rails and a seat for those needing it. Also, the fan is so loud it scared my kids and there was no way to use the light without the fan… so that’s a thing. The location is great, and now that we know a few quirks, we’d probably stay here again… just wouldn’t expect to hear back from Val even if I called 100 times.

Wonderful Property and Location

Everything was great - the property with all its mature greenery and flowers, beach, closeness to good restaurants, shops and groceries. Felt very secure there. The only disappointment was the owner of our room did very little to make the room comfortable, poor utensils, dishes, glasses, no condiments and an extremely noisy bathroom fan that stayed on whenever the light was on. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

There was nothing horribly wrong, but the stay wasn`t amazing - I guess worth the lower cost. The beds were small and very uncomfortable, the pillows were super thin. One of the comforters was stained. It was nice having a little kitchenette and the view was pretty good. The location was GREAT if you want to be about half way between everything (North and west shores). We preferred staying on North Shore much more. However, if you are looking for a cheaper place that still has essentially everything you need, stay here. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Best beach around and pool was close to the ocean.

Wonderful grounds and beach. The room was a little old and we couldn’t figure out the tv. Instructions for the tv would help. Towels were ample and clean, floor was a bit sandy but that’s beach living. Grassy area was beautiful and so were the roosters.
