Located in the ocean-view Lobby Building, your studio condo is filled with thoughtful touches. Enjoy morning coffee on your private lanai with a stunning view of the ocean and gardens. Whip up beach snacks in the kitchenette - with a sink, microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. Extras include AC and TV.

This vacation rental is not equipped with a washer/dryer. However, towel exchanges are offered for guests every Monday and Thursday.

Whisper quiet A/C!

We enjoyed staying in this room. Close to the beach where there is a nice walking path. Walking distance to restaurants and a shopping center with a market for breakfast foods and snacks. Good middle location for travels to the north shore or to Port Allen or Poipu and the canyon on the other side. Did I mention the A/C was super quiet! A great relief to discover that!

Wonderful, great value

This condo has a fabulous view it is so comfortable! It had everything we needed for the three of us to enjoy our three week vacation. It`s so convenient and stocked with things that many of the other condos didn`t have. Unit 211 is really perfect location for your vacation. Highly recommended! Beauty

The rental was in the perfect location. It was half way between the island, so if you went left or right it was about the same time to get anywhere. It is real close to lots of shopping and the airport. The room was very spacey and so was the bathroom. Loved the balcony to view the pool and the ocean. The gardening is breathtaking. Enjoyable Stay in Kauai

We loved the location!!! It was a short walk to the beach and the pool on the property. It was an easy check-in and check-out process. The room was spacious and had a microwave and fridge which we really appreciated. The only issue was the room had an old odor. We smelled it as soon as we walked in. Great location/ beautiful grounds

Ease of check in, view, convenience to shopping and charging our car were all outstanding. The kitchen was nicely stocked for our needs and beach access with multiple lounging chairs was a few steps away. The beds were comfortable and shower great. Putting a damper on all this goodness was an air conditioner that struggled to work and a noticeable urine smell throughout evident to the wife but not the husband . Perfect Location

The rental is a hotel room with a beautiful view from the lanai. Slightly further than it looks from the pool, but still an excellent location with the sounds of the ocean, birds, and yes, chickens & roosters. It was perfect for the 2 of us. The location was great for driving south to Poupi for snorkeling and sunshine, and north to Princeville and Wamea area--take the shuttle. There was an issue with the bathroom plumbing however, and I hope a plumerias has cleared that up. The bottle of Drano told us it was an on-going issue. Check in was super easy, and the room was very clean. A boogie board, one beach chair, and 2 beach towels were also provided, which was super nice. There were also dishes provided (no cooking). With 9-day stay, owner & cleaner did not respond to text/email inquiries after we arrived. Had we known, we would have booked for two 5-day stays, to get some fresh linens, towels, garbage removal and basic sanitizing. Economical basics

This unit is very dated and in the middle of a lot of condo properties and a shopping mall. Parking is very busy and jammed with people and cars. The lanai is nice with a partial ocean view overlooking the walkways, stairwells of other buildings and the pool. It is a basic unit and the public areas are in need of new carpeting on the stairs. Affordable with two full size beds and kitchenette. Couldn’t find any silverware but had plates and glassware. Beautiful area!

There were some issues with the rental but Val took care of everything. We loved the area, close to shopping and short drives away from beaches, Hanalei, stores and restaurants. Great location!

This was my third time to Kauai and we decided to stay somewhere more central between Poipu and princeville. I really loved this location. Across the road from a market, shopping and restaurants. Off of the lanai you could see the waves of the ocean and hear it! My two favorite things! Everything was within walking distance. The beach and pool out back and a market, shopping and restaurants out back. The room was clean and the staff were very nice. The grounds were well manicured and beautiful. Beautiful in quiet Kapa`a

A perfect place to unwind without the clamor of a big resort. Beach, pool, poolside bar and lots of amenities around it. Definitely recommend Lava Lava Beach Club restaurant next door, too.
