Located 11 miles from Walt Disney World Resort and 20 miles from Universal Studios, this spacious five-bedroom townhome is great for families and groups looking for the perfect home away from home. Home can comfortably accommodate up to 10 adults and 4 children. Take advantage of the secluded screened lanai with a private outdoor pool and a propane grill to enjoy the Florida sun. Inside, this home features an open-concept living area that is perfect for relaxing after a day of fun. Get comfy on the sectional sofa and stream your favorite movies or series on the large smart TV. The open kitchen is well-equipped with modern stainless steel appliances and a sparkling two-person center island. The entire main living space is on the first floor along with one private bedroom, equipped with a smart TV and an en suite bathroom. The rest of the bedrooms are located upstairs. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer on-site, high-speed WiFi, and central AC. Guests will have free access to the clubhouse where they'll find a gym, mini putt-putt golf, a pool, and a kids' play area. Although this home is pet-friendly all dogs must be 2 years of age or older.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
