This lovely new villa situated in the prestigious Retreat Resort in Champions Gate, Florida and is walking distance to the Oasis Club and 5 mins to the Retreat Club amenities. Our 6-bedroom home sleeps 14 persons and is located less than half an hour from Orlando International Airport, just 15 minutes from Disney, 20 minutes from Universal, 20 minutes from Sea World and close to many exclusive golf courses. Easy access to Interstate 4, US Hwy 27 and US Highway 192 means that you have numerous shops and restaurants within minutes reach, all of which makes Champions Gate one of Orlando's most sought-after locations. Air-conditioned throughout, the villa extends to approximately 3300 square feet and is fully equipped with 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, east-facing private pool and spa, across from the Oasis Clubhouse, making it an ideal destination for an unforgettable family getaway. THE VILLA: The villa is just 15 minutes from Disney World, 20 minutes from Sea World and 20 minutes from Universal. In this location, you will waste no travel time reaching your Theme Park destination in the morning, and can quickly return to peaceful seclusion when your park-legs are exhausted! This makes it perfect for guests who want easy access to all that Disney has to offer, while having all the facilities to kick back and relax in privacy at the end of the day.

Great attention has been paid to the furnishing of our home, comprising 3 King size suites, 1 Queen suite, 1 Bunk bed and 1 Twin rooms, all with big screen TVs.

POOL/DECK AREA: The large pool has secluded privacy, with steps into the shallow end and an in-pool seat at the deep end. With sun throughout the day, you can enjoy the pool at any time. The extended deck area means there is room for everyone to enjoy the sunshine, with 6 loungers, patio furniture, round table and chairs. The pool is fitted with a child-safety fence for your children's protection. Pool heating is available for $30.00 per day. Guests are encouraged to order pool heat several days before arrival because it takes at least 48 hours to heat the water. Guests have direct access to bathroom and shower from the pool deck.

FAMILY ROOM: This contemporary styled room has quality sofas with 70" Samsung Smart TV.

UPSTAIRS DEN: Large Movie Room with quality sofas and Big Samsung Smart TV, Sound bar, PS4, Games, Projector.

GAMES ROOM: Pool Table, Air Hockey Table, Foosball Table, TV

KITCHEN: The kitchen includes all the appliances and equipment you will need to make the most of your self-catering holiday, including fridge freezer with ice maker and cold water dispenser, large oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker, Ninja air fryer, rice cooker, waffle maker, crockery, cutlery & double sink with waste disposal. The open bar with bar stools mean you can keep company with whoever is cooking. Small dining table to take your breakfast and snacks in a more informal setting.

LAUNDRY FACILITIES: Accessed via the Games Room is the laundry room with automatic washing machine and separate drier. An ironing board and iron is also provided so you can cut down on packing and keep on top of your laundry throughout your vacation.

DINING ROOM: Whether you have cooked your own meal or indulged in a takeout, you can enjoy it here.

MASTER SUITE 1: A beautifully furnished bedroom on the ground floor with King size bed, huge walk in wardrobe, 45" Smart TV, The deluxe en-suite has a bath/ shower, two sinks. As with all our bedrooms, the attention to detail in all aspects of the room decor. All other bedrooms are on the upper level.

MASTER SUITE 2: The second master suite is equally as impressive, with King size bed, walk-in wardrobe, 42" Samsung Smart TV. The luxury en-suite has a walk-in shower, bath, double sink.

MASTER SUITE 3: This room features a King bed, twin bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobe, 42" Samsung Smart TV with access to a fully equipped bathroom.

BEDROOM 4: This Ariel themed room with ensuite features a Queen bed, bedside cabinet, fitted wardrobe and 32" Samsung Smart TV. Connecting full Jack and Jill bathroom with Bedroom 5.

BEDROOM 5: Harry Potter themed bedroom with bunk beds, twin over full, bedside cabinet, fitted wardrobe and 32" Samsung Smart TV. Connecting full Jack and Jill bathroom with Bedroom 4.

BEDROOM 6: And finally, a beautifully furnished Minnie Mouse room with 2 single beds and a pullout, bedside cabinet, fitted wardrobe and 32" Samsung Smart TV.

PLEASE NOTE: Security camera(s) are installed around the exterior (excluding pool area) of the house for security and safety reasons. Any tampering with the cameras will result in immediate removal from the premises and fines.
