Host was fantastic - great communication - was out of town, but left a backup contact. House was impeccably maintained and super clean. The property has a fantastic view of the river and was a great place to spend time with the family.

The owner was very nice and responded quickly to any questions I had. The kitchen was well stocked. The master bathroom needs standard size towel racks on each side of the shower door or one on the inside. Right now there is just one small towel rack on the outside.

Great stay, beautiful property... If you like to cook the kitchen and outdoor grill offer all of the amenities. Very unique and cool place to spend time. We will definitely return in the future.

Our family loved our time here! We were looking for a place that allowed our sons and their friends to go fishing and enjoy the springs, and this place was perfect, given that the home was directly on the river. The home was clean and the owners ensured that all of the necessities were provided. The owners were quick to respond when we reached out, which was greatly appreciated. We celebrated our son's 20th birthday here and created some great memories! We look forward to our next stay!!

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

Had a great time celebrating our son’s 21st birthday. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! House was beautiful and very clean. We had 8 adults and we all fit comfortably. Was great to have the dock for the boat. Enjoyed swimming and floating by the dock. Was in a great location on the water, there was lots of springs we got to boat to and hang out at. We seen manatees and a turtle during a stay. Took the kayaks across to the Rockbluff Springs. We loved the deck outside for hanging out in the evenings. Thanks for being a great host and look forward to renting again in the future!

Best House on the Best Stretch of River

We’ve been vacationing on the Suwannee River every summer for years. This is by far the best home we’ve stayed in and it’s very convenient to the springs we love to go to. The owners are super friendly and very responsive.

Incredible stay!

We decided to do Christmas on the river this year and this place did not disappoint! Spacious yard for the kids to play, quiet safe neighborhood and very peaceful! The house was immaculate, with all the amenities of home! The boat dock housed our 23ft center console boat perfectly! This place would be the perfect stay for any occasion! We will absolutely be back! The host was a pleasure to deal with and made our Christmas a great one!

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!

We reserved the property for a weekend getaway to take our friends boys on the Suwannee River. These guys were so excited to go on the air boat and thought the property we stayed in was on point! The host were exceptional and very communitive. The home was quality built and perfect. The morning breakfast on the large deck over looking the river was a big hit. We would recommend this property and would stay here again. It was a 5 star experience. Thank you for your professionalism and letting us enjoy your home.

The property has easy access from highway but yet secluded for privacy from it. Two boat ramps within 3 minutes. Great restaurant specializing in steaks, seafood and some of the best bbq you’ve ever eaten within 10 minutes. Gas and necessities stores within 5 minutes. And most importantly the views from the back porch or from the floating covered boat dock with a sun deck area.
