This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is less than a mile to the beautiful Balmoral beach in Moultonborough. Off the beaten path, this home is quiet and in a great location to the clubhouse, tennis, and basketball courts offered within the community.

The home boasts an open floor plan on the main level, high ceilings, and charming furnishings. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and an eat-in table that seats four. On cozy nights, gather around in the living room and watch a favorite movie.

This home also has a dedicated desk workspace for any remote work or studying that needs to get done while on the trip.

Nice NH stay

the house was spacious and nice. the yard had a nice campfire pit with seating. The basement was the only downside. There was a musty wet smell so we couldn’t use the rooms down there. the beach was very nice and just a short walk. Check in was so easy. The stay was pretty nice overall.

The home was inspected last week, and while there was a slight musty smell noted from the basement, the homeowners have since installed a dehumidifier to help address this. The TV was checked and is functioning properly with a clear picture, and the home is equipped with a standard coffee maker for guest use. The kitchen is stocked to meet typical guest needs. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay if something does not seem right, as we’re happy to assist in real time. Could have been better

The cleanliness was good, and I love a house that’s already been lived in, specially with children. Everything in and around the house was nice. Cons: Lots of pine needles. Was looking forward to using the fire pit but was absolutely impossible due to the needles. Also it AC window units you have to install if you need AC. Which you do because it still gets 90+ degrees inside NH.
