Enjoy one of the east coast's best getaway destinations. Year-round seasonal rental in Meredith, NH's sought after Beach Colony Club community on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee. Sleeps 9. Just steps from a private beach for lakeside swimming, walks, or ice skating. Nearby mountain and forest trails for 3-season hiking and winter snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and snowmobiling. Gunstock ski resort is less than 30 min away and a dozen more are within a 45 min drive for both summer and winter fun. A fire pit terrace and a fully equipped kitchen are available at the property for family fun and dining on starry summer nights or crisp fall evenings. High-speed internet, mini-split AC and heating, and W/D included. Driveway accommodates 2-3 vehicles +/- a boat or snowmobile trailers. And you'll be minutes to fine dining and casual restaurants, shops, artisan and seasonal markets and festivals, horseback riding, and theaters. Come enjoy all that the Lakes Region and White Mountains have to offer on beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee!

Our family just loved the community beach area with swim raft and diving board; during the week we had it mostly to ourselves. There is a beach wagon provided with chairs and floats which is really useful. Stacey was quick and helpful in responding to a couple questions/issues.

This place was welcoming and easy to relax at. Clearly a house meant for unplugging. The unexpected extra toys were enjoyable and fun. As well as the ease of use.

Our stay at this house was great! A short walk to the beach. 3 bedrooms and ample sleeping space was perfect. The open kitchen and inviting dining room with picturesque views out the massive wall of windows nearly outshone the meals we ate. Close to downtown Meredith with shopping and fun made this a memorable week. Will definitely stay here again!

Nice location. In short distance you can reach town center where you can dine and explore. Lake was amazing, kids loved it and didn’t want to leave. Water was clean and little private beach area was great. Only members of community were allowed to stay there which made it prefect and lots of space throughout the day. Will visit Meredith next year again.

Comfortable house

It was a very lovely house on the inside. Beds comfortable, fully stocked kitchen. Everything we needed for our stay. Host was quick to reply in text any questions we had concerning the property. The only problem were the steps coming onto the porch into the front door were uneven and pose a safety hazard—no hand rail.

Cozy, clean & convenient!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family. The house was clean, cozy and in a convenient location. The community beach was perfect for our little one to enjoy and just a short stroll down the road. The house was very well stocked with everything you could need for your stay, with some fun extras including paddle boards! Stacey was fabulous at communications and checking in throughout the week.i would highly recommend this for your next family getaway.

Great vacation rental

My family and I just rented this house last week. Stacey our host has thought of everything a renter might need. She fills the cabinets with Hot coco, coffee, tea and anything else you might need. The bathroom is loaded with products in case you forget your own. The furniture is very nice, and the beds and bedding are like staying at a 5-star hotel. I will defiantly be booking this house again next year!!!

Excellent Location for Vacation at the Lake

My family and I couldn't have been more happy with this lovely lake house in Meredith, NH. It was a perfect spot to unwind and relax while also seeing the local sights. Will absolutely look into staying here again for future trips to the lake.
