Cheerful, extraordinary clean home on a quiet street only minutes from bike trail. Easy access right off of I 229. Centrally-located and close to shopping, restaurants, and downtown. Extremely clean and professionally decorated home. New stainless stell appliances. Quiet neighborhood with adjoining deck that has plenty of seating in the fenced backyard. Short 2 minute walk to bike trail, 20 minute bike ride to falls park. Child and infant friendly home.

BEDROOM 1: Queen bed with extra pillows and linens in closet. Ceiling fan. Box fan. Room darkening curtains. Pack n play in closet. Master bedroom, attached door to bathroom.

BEDROOM 2: Queen bed with extra pillows and linens in closet. Ceiling fan. Box fan. Room darkening curtains. Kid friendly toys located in closet.

BEDROOM 3: Twin day bed with pull out twin trundle. Extra pillows and linens in closet. Ceiling fan. Box fan. Collapsible table in closet for extra space indoors or on the patio. Four extra folding chairs. Great table to pull out for kid activities such as cards or puzzles (which are provided).

BATHROOM 1: Tub/shower unit in crisp white bathroom. Large vanity. Blow dryer located in top drawer. All towels & wash clothes located in linen cabinet.

KITCHEN: All new stainless steel appliances. Fully equipped with all the dishes you would need from pancakes to pizza. Coffee maker with single use coffee filter, cream, and sugar. Look around, some fun and festive dinnerware!

LIVING ROOM: Relax in this professionally decorated space created to give the ultimate vacation vibe. 70 inch TV for streaming Netflix or work from home with WIFI.

DINING ROOM: Comfortably sits 4 at round dining table. Two barstools at the counter. Adjoining walk out patio.

PARKING: Park in driveway or on the street.

LAUNDRY: Located in unfinished basement. Washer, dryer, laundry detergent for your use.

Didn’t end up staying here because the dirty furniture, throw pillows and old carpet had a stench I couldn’t accept. Host and VRBO refused to give any refund and I had to book another place to stay.

I apologize that you had a difficult stay. You did get an early check in at noon which only allowed for a 2 hour turn around time. The early check in was given to you without any extra charge. I did offer a refund, if you were willing to cancel the reservation, but you were not willing to do that. Therefore, I did uphold the refund policy. Again, I apologize you had a difficult stay. I have had hundreds of positive reviews that truly reflect the property. For future reference, it helps to be open with the host with any difficulty that you are having. With open communication, you may get a better response.

Loved the quiet neighborhood! The amenities were quite adequate. The deck off the kitchen needed swept, a lot of tree/leaf debris. Debbie, the host was accessible and responsive in a timely manner. Overall, a great stay.

Quiet Neighborhood

We stayed for a night on our way to the Black Hills. The house was in a quiet neighborhood and was very comfortable. Everyone had a good night's rest before we got back on the road. If we were in the area, I would stay here again!

We were in town for the sidewalk arts festival downtown. This house was located close to the festival and close to many fun activities. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was great for preparing food. The living room was comfortable and we were impressed with how easy the process was. This was a great experience for us!

My sister & brother-in-law from Alaska joined us to visit our mother at her assisted living in Sioux Falls. We found this property to be great for our down time. The beds were very comfortable. Proximity to walking trails was great! The property was just as described. Great deck, liked the door from one bedroom directly to the bathroom.Nice visit!
