Beautiful 2400 square foot twin home with a walkout! It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, double garage, Washer&Dryer, fenced in backyard and in a peaceful neighborhood. The main level living room has a gas fireplace, 75”SmartTv and a top of the line power recliner with adjustment options and USB ports. The lower level boasts a 55” SmartTv, gas fireplace and an extra large comfy sectional couch! The lower level bedroom has a queen bed and a 40” SmartTv as well. There’s additional space in the lowest level that includes a Roku TV, full size futon, and a two-thirds-size pool table. We currently offer NetFlix and the ultimate package from SlingTv which offers a majority of the premium channels. Board games, cards and dice are also supplied. Propane grill and patio furniture are available as well l! All Linen is provided and the kitchen/dining has all the essentials. The property is 2 min from I-29, super close to restaurants/fast food, WH Lyon fairgrounds, and Starbucks. . Short drive to Downtown, Denny Sanford Center, Airport, and the Malls. The host was amazing and responsive, even ensuring we had a crockpot so we could manage meals more easily. The space was perfect for our 3-generation family gathering - spacious, clean, and comfortable. Definitely recommend and will try to stay there again when in town!

Loved this home. From the minute we walked in the door, we felt welcomed. Music playing on the tv & the adorable Christmas tree lights. So clean & cozy. We had everything we needed. Loved the 2 large living areas with the 2 fireplaces, comfortable beds, 3 bathrooms, a garage & a nice, quiet neighborhood. Galen was an amazing host, very responsive & friendly. Highly recommend this home. We will be back!!

We were in Sioux Falls for a holiday concert and this house was perfect for our stay! It is a beautiful home, exactly as stated in the listing, and had plenty of room for our party of 6. Galen was great to work with and even kept us updated on the weather ... it snowed quite a bit the day we were there. The home is very spacious and comfy / homey. We will definitely stay again when in the area!

Excellent location and the size of the house was extremely roomy & comfortable. Plenty of room for the family to spread out a little at day's end, but also large family spaces to enjoy a meal or watch a movie. The host was exceptional, quickly responding to any questions and ensuring we always had everything we needed. We'll definitely consider this host and location again for future visits!

The house was very nice and lots of room and privacy. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen could use a few more cooking pans. The stairs to the front door were in need of repair. And the kitchen sink is quite old. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I would rent it again.

Galen is a wonderful host who responded immediately to any questions. We especially enjoyed three excellent beds in bedrooms with their own baths, a fully stocked kitchen, two very comfortable living areas, a nice deck with table and chairs, and the use of the garage. This home is in an excellent location, close to downtown and The Falls. We were not disappointed and you won't be either.

The house was exactly as described on the site. It was exactly what we hoped it would be. Very spacious, clean, and relaxing in every room and area of the property.Galen was fantastic at keeping us informed as well. Our only regret is we couldn’t stay longer. We were in town for a wedding and it was also our first time visiting Sioux Falls. This home was perfect for us; it was clean and everything was in good working condition. The property owner was in touch to make sure we had what we needed. We ate out at Monks, Josiah’s, and Minerva and we were not disappointed! Oh and we swung through Bagel Boys on the way outta town. Shopping at Scheel’s was a success! Overall a great getaway!

Im a former high school teacher/coach (33 years) and became involved in “flipping” houses and the rental business after retiring from teaching. My son and I love this neighborhood and both have homes here; so it was only natural to buy more homes in close proximity to ours to include in our rental business. Our beautiful VRBO actually is located down and across W Newcomb St from my home and several houses away from my son’s home on W Newcomb St, which makes it very convenient to help our guests if necessary. We are “hands off“ hosts, who will show up on site only if necessary to accommodate guests. The most enjoyable part of this business is providing and maintaining a wonderful home for others to enjoy as they are away from their own homes and desire to have all the creature comforts that not every traveler is able to enjoy.

It’s very quiet and serene, as the only traffic in the development is local traffic. West Newcomb Street is located alongside The Country Club of Sioux Falls (formerly Westward Ho Country Club), and there is just one way to get back to the development from 12th Street. All but a few homes in this area have been built since year 2,000.
