Welcome to our Romantic Country Getaway nestled on a treed 10 acre parcel just 10-12 minutes from Port Townsend or Port Hadlock. It is located centrally to the areas amenities, breweries, wineries, and cideries. Our Getaway has been designed to be a cozy, warm, romantic space with custom woodworking, wood counters, in-floor heating and special touches to make your stay enjoyable. We have a seasonal garden with herbs and apples amongst a lovely outdoor private patio.

Everything about this cabin is perfect. It was immaculate, beautiful decorated, and the craftsmanship was impressive.The kitchen was well stocked, with equipment and spices for cooking.The hosts left a bottle of wine, muffins and cookies. What a nice gesture!We really enjoyed our time and hope to return.Thank you!

Linda and Charlie’s place was exceptional in every way, it was beautifully decorated, very peaceful setting, anything you might need for your stay was provided, including some snacks and beverages. Communication and check-in/out were simple. One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed at.

The cottage was a really lovely place for my wife and I to stay a few days in Port Townsend while visiting relatives. It’s comfortable and filled with thoughtful touches like a welcome basket and wine. It was a very smooth experience staying there, with proactive and responsive communication from the host. The location is also ideal for being near nature, and close enough to town. Thanks for having us!

Pretty little cottage!

The entire process was very smooth, the host was very communicative and the cabin had everything we needed. Very modern cabin with all the amenities. Sitting outside in the morning with our coffee was the best. The gift basket was very sweet and made our stay even better. I highly recommend this place! We would stay again.

We love staying here; it is so quiet! It gives you the opportunity to relax and enjoy the forest. This is a repeat visit for us because it is so peaceful.It is well decorated and has all the amenities that one could want. The hosts also provide a "treat bag" for their guests and who doesn't love a treat!

Beautiful cottage nestled within the pines & wildlife of the Port Townsend area Great location for sublime quite luxury sitting on the patio soaking in the calls of birds in the early morning hours. I enjoyed my stay & will definitely visit again very soon

Quiet, comfortable cottage in the woods

This place is a gem! Tucked away in the woods, Linda and Charlie’s cottage is quiet, cozy, and the perfect size for two people. The indoor and outdoor spaces are relaxing and well-appointed from the well stocked kitchen to the perfect little throw blankets in the living room. When they put this place together, they truly thought of everything. We are already planning our next stay!

Fantastic stay

Hard to condense how much we enjoyed our stay. This cozy cabin feel was just what we needed. It was immaculate, comfortable and all the thoughtful details were very much appreciated! Linda was wonderful to deal with and we appreciate you allowing us to stay and recharge. Location is great too, close to everything but feels like you’re tucked away. Thank you again!

Lovely modern cottage in the woods. The owners left thoughtful special touches throughout the cottage. Amazingly quiet, except for the hoot of a Barred Owl :)

Luxurious tranquility

It was like staying in a 5 Star hotel suite in the middle of the woods. Linda thought of everything that we could need and more. We had complete privacy the whole time. We will definitely be back.

Horseshoe Tournament

The cottage was quiet, in the woods and as beautiful as the picture. The inside was decorated with style and attention to detail. The most impressive part was the beauty of the wood. If you like and appreciate craftsmanship and wood, this is the place for you! We hope to be able to stay there next year while we participate in the horseshoe tournament.

This is my second stay at this place and it’s still wonderful! Beautifully decorated. Generous kitchen including oil, vinegar, tons of spices, wine, coffee, tea hot chocolate and more. Heated floors. Beautiful private outdoor space. Very accessible host. Comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Highly recommend!

Delightful Getaway!

Idyllic woodland setting. A short drive from town. Delightful courtyard. We listened to owls and other birds and watched deer grazing on the other side of the fence. The cottage exceeded our expectations in every way. It is beautiful and has great ambience. We celebrated our anniversary and were greeted by a bottle of wine and a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Checkin was a breeze and our host Linda made us feel very welcome.

So comfy and relaxing!!

We made the trip up for a wedding, and this was a great place to stay. The location is so quiet and peaceful. The cottage is so adorable, comfortable, and well appointed. We loved the thought and care that went into the decorations it creates such a nice feel and the pictures don't do it justice. Linda has some nice touches to make you feel welcome... cookies, a few drinks, just some great ideas that make you feel appreciated. I can't say enough good things but this is the perfect spot to venture out and see the town, the Fort, etc.

Amazing

This place is even better than the photos. Beautiful woodwork and details throughout. Heated floors. Comfortable bed and furniture. Well stocked kitchen. Great fire pit on back deck and various outdoor places to sit. Wooded property is quiet, beautiful, and peaceful. Very responsive and thoughtful owners. One of the best rentals I’ve been to. Highly recommend!!!
