Great place, great location

Really enjoyed our stay. Location was great, parking was convenient and the apartment was well decorated, well equipped and very comfortable. Owner, Scott, was responsive and helpful before and during stay.

Awesome location!

We will definitely be back! This property was stocked with all the little amenities we forgot to bring, and was right in the middle of some great evening food and entertainment. Only recommendation—bring extra towels.

Great place to relax and enjoy downtown Richmond. Very clean and thoughtfully arranged apartment. The parking spot card supplied was crucial as the area has very limited places to park without paying otherwise.

Great place

The apartment was accurate to the listing and other reviews. Place was very clean. Well stocked. I hadn’t received instructions to enter, but messaged the owner and he was very quick to respond. I would recommend the place. Location was amazing. Lots of walkable food options and close proximity to the canal walk.

Enjoyed the ease of walking to Brown’s Island without the hassle of parking! Communication was good with the owner. Unit was as described and parking, restaurants were close. Unit was clean and kitchen equipped.

Nice Location and Nice Apartment

Nice place to stay. 2 adults, two kids, easy to get to everything whether walking or driving. Suggest they add ice trays to the frig. But would definitely stay here again. Hosts were very accommodating and communicated very well. You can park in loading zone, load the place and then drive around the corner to park the car. All very easy and convenient.

Great Location

Great location for a quick trip to Richmond. The parking card for the garage was very helpful. Would recommend more bath towels! I had to do a load of towels for my family of 4 to have clean towels for a two night stay. The shower door needs attention as it's not a super tight secure while showering. The sound machines are a huge bonus as the night life from Sine Irish Pub is fun and loud.

Unique charming apartment

I am grateful to have found this charming apartment with its beautiful brick walls, hardwood floors, funky deco and totally well stocked amenities! The beds were comfy, living area cozy and kitchen perfect for simple meals. The apt was perfectly located for getting around. Plenty of restaurants, museums, shops. The only hopefully constructive comment is to have a mirror in the second bedroom, preferably with an outlet nearby. Thanks again for a great stay

Cool apartment in the heart of Richmond

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cool industrial style apartment. Great location on a cute cobblestone street - some bars and restaurants close by and relatively walkable to other neighborhoods in the city. Owner was very communicative and the check-in/out process was very easy. I would recommend! The only note I have is that we could not find any extra blankets for those sleeping on the pull out couch and some of the pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. Good thing we brough extras!

Shockoe Slip

We are from CA, visiting son from DC. I selected this condo for its location, size and of course its interior design and coolness. I loved it, the brick walls, design of the unit. Beds were great, full kitchen, large bathroom/laundry room, hot water... To know. It is on the 2nd floor so must use stairs, and there is one high step into building main door. Not a problem for us and all part of the charm. FYI the stairwell had a lovely sent somehow released in the air.
