Also w/a washer and dryer, dedicated office space, a lush backyard with a bbq grill, a seating area, hammock, and 2 beach bike cruisers.

The space
Built-in the 1950s, and recently remodeled we've kept the mid-century modern feel with a touch of a beach vibe. You are welcomed with a bright and spacious living room, restored original hardwood floors, and a high ceiling with all rooms aligned with windows allowing ample natural light to flow throughout the home.
The floorplan allows for the master bedroom with an en-suite full bathroom to reside apart from the other bedrooms. In addition to the spacious and comfy living room and dedicated office space, the open concept and fully stocked kitchen and dining room are also aligned windows allowing tons of natural light overlooking and access to the lush fenced-in backyard. Spend time on the hammock under the shade or bbq grill under the twinkle lights.

Please note: There are no parties allowed at The Mod Cottage. Music must be turned off at 11 pm (city code). Smoking only allowed on the outside patio. Pets considered on a case by case basis. Please inquire before booking. $100 pet fee.
