The house is spacious as described. Comfortable beds. Pretty well stocked kitchen and the grill was in good shape. The home's patio, pool/spa, game room, and movie room were great! Very close to the clubhouse which also has very good amenities. We would have liked a few more towels stocked in the bathrooms and one shower is probably ready for a deep clean. Overall a great vacation house.

Excellent family vacation home

This home was perfect for our family vacation. We had a group of 10 ages 7-75 and everyone was completely at home whether we were playing games or needed to find a quiet spot to relax. Kim is an excellent host.

Family Vacation

Had a lovely experience staying at this property. Great location away from the hustle and bustle of Disney, yet close enough to get there quickly. Great owner communication and an incredibly spacious house.

Beautiful, clean, & spacious home

This home was the perfect place for our family of 12 to relax and unwind between visits to Disney World and Universal Studios. Kim, was very responsive to any questions that arose during our stay. It was a very clean and spacious home with plenty of room and amenities for everyone!

Great vacation home.

Great vacation home: spacious and well furnished. We loved the west-facing pool and backyard: lots of sun from mid-day until sunset. We were happy to find a new toaster and a new BBQ: the owners are obviously on top of keeping everything functioning well. The kids enjoyed the home cinema and the game room in the garage. Lots of towels for the pool - well appreciated ! Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!

The home was beautifully furnished and very clean. The beds are so comfy I didn’t want to leave! The host, Kim, was fantastic and responded quickly to any questions I had regarding heating the pool/spa. The location to the resort area is just a short walk which makes it easy to come and go for lunch or afternoon nap. My family was able to visit Disney, Orlando Beach, Winter Park shopping and so much more. There is so much to do in all directions. Thank you Kim for a great stay!

Beautiful home

We loved renting this home. It was beautiful and spacious both inside and out. The pool is a great size and has a perfect outdoor set up with pool loungers, table and chairs as well as an outdoor couch. The location to the clubhouse is great and takes only 2 minutes to walk there. Kim is a wonderful host, any questions I had were answered immediately and she was incredibly accommodating. Would definitely recommend this rental.

Nice big house in nice community

The house is quite big with a lot of sleeping rooms and a lot of bathrooms, what makes it great for big families. The house is on a big gated community with a a central place with a big swimming pool, fitness, tennis and a lazy river. The house itself also has a small private swimming pool. It is located pretty close to Disney and further to Universal. We were here in july and the problem of Orlando/Kissimmee in that time is that it is incredible crowdy and busy, especially on the roads to parks.

Perfect holiday !!

We spent 2 wonderful weeks at this property . The living room and dining areas were very spacious, the kitchen was a pleasure to prepare meals in and the abundance of towels made all the difference . The game room provided endless hours of family fun with a pool table, foos ball and air hockey .The Host was a great communicator. All questions we asked were answered promptly . this was my first experience with making and doing this type of family trip as i was turning 50 and my son 13...we really enjoyed it and we are all swimmers so enjoyed the hot pool...there was also a media room that we were surprised about and enjoyed the neighborhood was nice and quiet and the facilities w/in the complex were goood as well property manager replied back to me when i reached out

This house is very spacious with a lot of room in a nice neighborhood. Kim is excellent with communicating with you and responding to messages, even when it's Christmas Day. The only disappointing part of our stay was the cleanliness of some of the rooms. I have already spoke with Kim about the issues we had and she was very receptive to my comments and said she would speak with her cleaning service about my concerns. I would be willing to stay at this poverty again with those concerns corrected.

Excellent host and communication. Some improvements could be made

Kim is a beyond excellent host with very fast replies. We needed to change our dates and she was very accommodating to our changes. Very fast replies which made changing plans so much easier. We booked extra nights as well which was very smooth with Kim. We arrived to the house earlier than check in which is of no fault to her. Cleaning was done about 30 mins past 4 pm. The house was not clean at all to normal standards. This was brought up to Kim, for which she acknowledged, but never offered an extra cleaning or anything to rectify the issue. Cleanliness is one of my top non-negotiable, and this propriety unfortunately fell very short. The stairs were broken on top and bottom which also made is a safety hazard. Another negative is you have a lot of foot traffic between the homes and people in the neighborhood just walk by the backyard to get to the main pool. If you want privacy, this may not be the home for you. On a positive note, the house is very big and spacious. The kitchen is fully stocked and nothing was missing. The blender broke and she quickly ordered another one. The backyard itself is cozy. Could use some TLC. One of the loungers was broken, but overall, great. The location to the club house is excellent, but not if you’re looking for a more relax vibe. We could hear music and screams from the main pool, but it didn’t bother us at all. The location is great. Community is great and generally quiet. Security could be a wee bit better, but overall, great.

Thanks for your review, however, my maids did a great job with cleaning. They share over 100 photos after every cleaning. The only items of uncleanliness that you shared was a dusty bathroom fan & 2 corners of one bathroom that had some black spots. We just had brand new luxury vinyl plank put in all the carpeted areas & I have already contacted my installers to repair the loose spots. BTW, the neighbors are not allowed to walk through our property to get to the amenities. We have never had anyone complain about this in the past.
