Great location, great view of canal there was enough room for all of us. Clean inside, but house is older and dated. Would stay here again.

Loved this house, very welcoming and spacious, the location was great and it was very clean. Only downside was the underwater light wasn’t working correctly and was way under the deck. Still over all this house was great and would highly recommend it.

Great

Property is recommended, very quiet area, good dock to tie your boat up to overnight. House was clean and well stocked with dishes and utensils. The BBQ grill could be replaced but i brought my own so no worries. The dryer belt needs to be changed as it is loud but we just shut the door to the laundry room when we used it.

Had that College Spring Break Rent House Feel

We stay at a lot of properties all over the country. This one was horrible. Yard was not taken care of, house was severely dated (1970s), outside was molded, parking was bad, neighbors were rude, no coffee, paper goods, shampoo, salt/pepper (nothing to “get started”. Location was the only good thing about this property.

Nice place!

This house was clean, neat and very comfortable! We enjoyed the canal-front outdoor space and did a little fishing on the canal. The linens are nice and beds are comfortable. It had a little musty smell but this is probably because it is an older house. We enjoyed several local restaurants in the area and went for nice walks in the subdivision. The kitchen needs one more larger skillet to be able to cook a meal for a family. Otherwise, kitchen is well-stocked and appliances are good. Neighbors on the canal were friendly! Would recommend this home!

A couple of big problems

Not horrible however, the dryer doesn’t work, the septic is full and leaking all over the front yard. Really needs to be pumped out. Smelled horrific! And the grass wasn’t mowed. It was about 8 inches tall and full of stickers.

Tropical storm flooded canals

Our location became un available the day we arrived to Rockport! We got notification about 2 hours prior to arrival time for rental. Had people flying in and driving from as far as Alabama! We had tried to get property mgr. to release us from lease a few days earlier due to storm developments but had been denied!

Needs improvement

Main AC in living room was cool not cold. Better lighting in living Front door sticks hard getting open Trim work and caulk coming up in both bathrooms Small window unit w/single bed not cold Should have done a even upgrade since cancellation happen at last minute
