• Public Transportation: There is a bus stop along 9th Street to the south of the house.
• Off-street parking for ONE vehicle (any size) is available in the rental property driveway (please do NOT block the sidewalk), and one small vehicle may be parked in the garage.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that we require a separate short-term rental agreement before occupying the property. The e-sign link will be sent via the guest's registered email. A copy of this rental agreement is available upon request prior to booking. ONLY DOGS are allowed, for a pet fee of $60 per dog, per night.
