All rooms include:
*TV with streaming services, charging stations in tables and bed frames
*Big closets with extra bedding and pillows, dresser, clothes hangers, and laundry basket
*Lights in all bedrooms have multiple light tone and colored LED settings, along with built in fan and Bluetooth speakers.
*Crib is available upon request

2 full bathrooms
*First floor bath is ADA compliant and includes:
*Tall bidet toilet with automatic flush
*Tub/shower combo
*2nd floor bathroom has full size shower with built in seat

Both bathrooms have:
*Towels, bath products, and hair dryer
*Floating vanity for space to get right up to sink
*Sturdy glass doors, safety bars, wand sprayer
*Lighted mirror with anti fog setting

I am just 1 block away from local bar and grills.

Right here is the start of miles of fun and entertainment down Broadway st, leading to the heart of Green Bay.

I am within a 3 miles of:
*Downtown area of both sides of the fox river
*Many playgrounds
*The bar scene
*Fox River Boardwalk
*Titletown area
*Lambeau field
*Hundreds of places to eat and drink
*Fun on both sides of the river

There is always live music, family events and markets happening within 2-3 miles of this home.

My driveway fits 4 vehicles.
There is street parking along my whole property, technically there is no parking between 3 and 5 AM but the city does not enforce this during holidays, special events, and packer games.

Quiet and safe neighborhood that is half residential and half industrial, corner lot on 2 dead ends. Only traffic is my neighbors and workers. Not sharing a property line with another house has been nice.

During weekdays the companies around me are doing their thing. Nights and weekends are very quiet.

The surrounding companies are a bit of an eyesore and I get that but it is the price you pay if you want to live close to heart of Green Bay and Lambeau. We are an industrious city, the fox river is how Green Bay thrives.

I own this home but my father owns multiple properties on this block, he has filled them with good tenants. He lives across the street, I grew up there and bought this house to be his neighbor for life!

This neighborhood has always felt safe and I have never had any problems in 30 years.

The whole block has security cameras from both mine and my father’s properties, puts minds at ease.

Neighbors are not sticklers about city set quiet time(10pm) enjoy a bonfire without worrying about being to loud.

I have a huge backyard, great for bonfires, gatherings, throwing a ball around, dogs, grilling out, etc.
Rebuilding fences and decks to include wide wheelchair ramp for both front and back entry. Will be finished in July. Photos coming soon!!

This house was very clean and wee stocked. Absolutely no complaints and the host was available to answer all questions quickly. Would stay here again!

This was, hands down, the best stocked rental I’ve had from VRBO. They had everything! Towels, toilet paper, blankets, full kitchen, plenty of coffee and even a cake mix and frosting if we were moved to bake. It was very clean, comfortable, and the host was easy to communicate with when needed. We stayed here for the game and it was an easy walk to the stadium after you got by the one busy street. We’ll stay here again when we came back for another game!

This has been my home for 13 years, the last few years I have put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into this beautiful home. I am proud of the work I have done and I want to share my hard work with guests!

I am an outdoor adventure type person, I love nothing more than enjoying time in nature. I have a little pop up camper and some kayaks to escape into the woods whenever possible.

I value the simple things in life and experiences over fancy things. I love nothing more than being with family and friends. Also, spoiling my nieces with experiences gives them lasting memories. Fun auntie status is the best title to have!

If guests are fellow adventurers and want to test out calm creeks in the area, I would love to help!
Guests can borrow my kayaks and gear and I’ll tell you the best spots! I am usually in town during your stay, if needed I can personally help.
Looking to escape into the woods? I can help with that too! There are beautiful places in the area I could tell you about.

I am currently building new front and back decks, better fire pit surrounding and other landscaping. Hopefully, replace the fencing this year if I’m able.

Spring 2027, I am very excited about laying a new driveway and adding a 20ftx20ft concrete slab in backyard. A nice place for outdoor furniture, grilling, and socializing. Also, the fence if I can’t get to it this year.
