Our newly renovated home is the perfect place for your group whether its family vacation, friends reunion or bachelor/bachelorette trip. We are in a prime location with only 3 minutes to Walmart, Restaurants, etc

One of my favorite things about this home is an indoor fireplace, fenced in back yard with a campfire area, Hot tub, indoor fireplace and lots of string lights to make it feel like home. We also have a deck that is level with the main floor of the home with outdoor seating and dining.

HOME LAYOUT:
When walking through the front door you can either go up 6 steps to the main floor or go down 7 steps to the basement.

You have access to the entire home except for the garage.

**Keep in mind since this home is located along Rt 30 so there is potential for traffic noise. We have a noise maker in the hallway closet for you to use if needed.

**This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

**Any items left at the home can be shipped, but we require a $25 fee in addition to the cost of shipping.
