This remarkable house has been renovated in 2004, but because it is over a hundred years old building and due to its value, it is under protection of The Institute for Protection of Cultural Monuments of Republic of Croatia.
Villa S is a perfect luxury residence for 10 guests. It is a building of three floors with kitchen, dining and living area, one bedroom and toilet on the ground floor, from where you have access to two upper floors using inner staircase.
