Clean, newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath, manufactured home, in a Quiet, Family Friendly neighborhood with all new home furnishings, and a lovely open floorplan between the kitchen/dining/living room. It is conveniently located near Rotary Park, golf courses, and shopping. Boat launch, river access with beach areas, and walking/biking paths nearby. Plenty of parking for your trailer or RV in the driveway. The property is fenced and has entrance gates on the 2 driveways, which is monitored by a floodlight camera. The patio has a table, 4 chairs, bbq and a view of the mountains. Lots of shade trees around the property providing peaceful bird watching. We look forward to offering our place to families, travelers, and adventure seekers looking to enjoy the area.

It was a relaxing place to stay. Fenced yard was great for our dog and it was nice that parking was inside the fenced yard instead of on the street.

Great little home!

The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We didn’t find the baking sheets until the last night but we did find them. We would definitely like to stay there again.

Great getaway

Was a nice place close to river, quiet neighborhood. Inside was clean and all amenities available. Nice having fenced yard for our dogs. Only issue was the yard had many areas of wires, bricks small pipes and wood pieces, so had to keep watch that dogs didnt get caught up in any or cut paws on anything. Nice patio area to sit outside with dogs n relax.

Quiet, relaxing, getaway

This is the second time we've stayed here. It's on a quiet street which made my recovery easy and relaxing. Close to all including the river. Standing on the front porch early in the morning or late at night you can smell the river, wonderful. Very easy check in and check out. The owners are great at communicating with us if we have any questions. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Great beds! We'll rent again.

Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for 51 days, and were very comfortable in this place. It had everything we needed: great neighborhood, close to parks, walkways along the river, short distance to shopping, churches, restaurants. We were here to escape shoveling snow at home, and this location made it convenient to have a couple friends and family visit from neighboring states. Nice covered patio and BBQ. We had a great time. Owners are very responsive to any questions.

Nice and quiet

Quiet neighborhood, heater and lights were on when we arrived which was appreciated. Dogs loved the yard and we liked knowing that it was secure. The beds and bathrooms were nice and clean, the kitchen table could have used a good wipe down and a bit more attention to detail in areas but given the age of the property it was great, would definitely stay again.

The house was clean and had a bit of everything that one would need to clean or cook with and was in a great location for amenities and of course the river the propane was low when we made dinner one night and had to exchange it but other than that it’s a great house and will return in the future

Charming Surprise

Love this place. They thought of everything. There's even a drawer with lil things you could have forgot, sun glasses, sun screen, batteries ect .. Super clean, nice quiet neighborhood. Very close to river and Rotary Park. 5min walk where you can swim, play and fish all in the river. I've stayed at very fancy places to cabins and this place by far is the most comfortable

Best rate & comfy stay

We are avid bnb rental travelers and we can strongly say you will love this property. Lance's home is clean, fully stocked and comfortable. The front yard and patio is welcoming and perfect to star gaze, have a glass of wine and grill. The open space of the kitchen and living room is perfect to cook a great meal while watching a movie with your family. The beds are lovely and the updated appliances make you feel right at home. The best part is that they are dog friendly for our doggies that we consider family. We highly recommend Lance's place.

Our family has been in the Bullhead City area for over 30yrs, and we love spending time there. This has been a hub for family vacations and quiet relaxation. Rivering , spending time on the lake, offroading and adventuring are our passion.

Mountain views from the patio make for a nice touch relaxing outside.
2 driveways can accommodate multiple cars, a trailer or RV.
This property is fenced off to keep pets/kids contained and property secure.

Recently remodeled 2 bed 2 bath, with 1- twin rollaway bed. Spacious, and clean with nearby perks such as-

River access beaches, boat launch, fishing pier, etc.. All located within a few minutes walk from the house at Rotary park.
