This three bedroom unit on the 17th floor has fantastic views of the beach and ocean with tile and laminate flooring throughout. Modernly furnished with plenty of space for your family to spread out and enjoy a lovely vacation experience. Bedding for this unit is a king, queen full and a twin. The unit has internet and TV's throughout. Close to everything that you need, great restaurants (River City Cafe & Flip Flops), ice cream, Ocean Annie's for live music, Apache Pier, and mini golf. Two parking spaces per unit.
UNIT IS LIMITED TO THE NUMBER OF PERSONS ALLOWED UNDER LISTED OCCUPANCY

Nice and fully functional

The Brigadune is always a great place to stay. Our stay in 17F was exactly what we expected. Everything was fully functional and suites our growing family just fine. Although a little outdated in the kitchen and bathrooms, everything worked and we enjoyed our stay with no complaints.

Great Location

The unit was perfect for our group of 5 (2 married couples and a teenager). We were there for a PGA golf tournament. There was plenty of room, balcony is large, room was clean, furniture was comfortable. It was everything we hoped for when it was booked.

The condo was what we needed for a family of 4. It was a bit dated and the kitchen needed more supplies. Had an issue with the refrigerator and they addressed it immediately. Overall, it was a decent condo.

I double checked the info provided to make sure I didn't miss something, but on arrival we found both bathrooms devoid of any toliet paper. No paper towels (expected that) and 4 sets of wash cloths & towels for each of the 3 of us. My roomies didn't mention to me until late in the week that the garbage disposal was inop & the shared toliet did not flush well. The furnishings were older, but servicable (Our friends downstairs had recliners, while our stuff looked like patio furniture).... could use a coat of paint to hide a prior water leak in the ceiling. It sumary it worked for us but could use some attention.

Great location and comfortable beds

Overall a great stay! One of the 2 elevators was down almost the entire week so the wait was not favorable since we were on the 17th floor. With the amount of sand that gets everywhere it was unfortunate that the vacuum supplied wasn’t very good quality and just blew the sand around. I have a crawling infant so it was not a clean environment for him to crawl around freely. Overall - amazing location and the condo was great for our needs.

Love Brigadune - happy any condo available

Great location - and needed 3 BR for family. Condo is a bit dated and lacked some necessities (dust pan, good broom, etc.), and needed a good cleaning (could only use one burner on stove as the rest smoked from the dirt on the elements and underneath, some closets jammed and unorganized, etc.) But for it being a last minute booking, in our desired location, for a very good price, we put up with more. But property management was responsive - dropped a clean top sheet to our door when requested, and communicated with us about timing on earlier availability.

Very spacious condo and comfortable. Lots of seating for family dinners together. Budget friendly

First time I have stayed at Brigadune and not had carpet in bedrooms. Newer floors are nice but were very sandy/gritty upon arrival. Furnishings were more casual so if you are looking for luxury this is it the place for you. Bathrooms have not been upgraded nor have kitchen appliances. Unit is aged and has not been given a lot of attention. Walls had cosmetic damage/large scratches that could easily been corrected coat of paint. Disappointed that there no ceiling fans. Felt like owners don’t care about the property. Not sure if I would rent again even though it was a good price. Not the normal Brigadune quality unit. Glad I have stayed here before and know there are better options for next time.

Poorly maintained property

Very poorly maintained property. No internet service (inexcusable). I had to call the property manager, who was very responsive, to get the cable hooked back up. The floors were filthy to the point that all of us wore socks for the entire stay.

The cable and internet was a spat between the owner and the Homeowner Association which we got cleared up quickly. This does not happen often

I'm 78 yrs old, my daughter, my 84 yr. old sister, and my 70 yr. old sister. Very relaxing. Everthing we needed, and plenty of space. We plan on keeping the information so we can return!! Thanks for sharing your home! MD

A great value

The unit is larger than anticipated. The 17th floor was not an issue with efficient elevators. It’s very functional for a family and at a decent price. The view is great if you’re standing. The chicken wire severely detracts from the view if sitting down and it should be removed….it’s old and broken, wife’s dress got snagged and ruined by it. The furniture is sufficient. The place needs a little update and TLC with paint and maybe not so much outdoor furniture inside. Could use a few more pots/pans, platters if cooking, especially using the barbecue. Overall we enjoyed the stay, it’s a good value and it’s very functional for families.

Relaxing!

I’ve been vacationing to Myrtle beach my whole life. We always try to stay more towards north Myrtle so I was very glad to find this place. It is SO nice and peaceful. We spent most of our time on the balcony. We will visit again for sure! The rental office who gives you your code to get in is NOT very friendly but that has nothing to do with this place. Everything was cleaned and very nice!

Comfortable and Convenient

The property was not extremely updated. but was comfortable and convenient. If updated to perfection the price would probably go up. I prefer a decent price rather than bells and whistles. We were very happy with the condo and location. The only glitch was when we tried to change the lock code to a smaller number ( per instructions) it didn't work. However, management answered quickly and gave us another code. We chose to stay with the long code the second time around and all was good.
