Beautiful Ocean views from our 3 Bedroom Cottage and only 40 steps to Glendon Beach. Enjoy the sunrise or sunset from your sunny patio or porch and listen to the ocean waves. Cottage has comfortable beds, renovated kitchen, many recent upgrades, Central Air and Heat, well equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, beach chairs, Beach Umbrella, and everything you need to enjoy your day at the beach. Conveniently located. Walking distance to a number of other easy access beaches, convenient store, restaurants, pubs, mini golf, ice cream, gift shop, live music and fishing spots. The cottage is available year-round. We recently added a NEW Heating and Cooling system. many new upgrades and renovations throughout. NEW Patio Paver in 2023 (photos coming soon) Great spot to getaway. Also ideal for those who work from home that may need a change of scenery.

This cottage is part of the Woody Glen Village, which is made up 7 individually owned cottages across the street from Glendon Beach.

LINENS and TOWELS - Guests must bring their own linens and towels. Host will provide blankets, pillows and comforters. For those in need of linens and towels, please refer to https://cclinenrental.com/ for rentals

NEW in 2025: NEW - Linen Service. we supply blankets and pillows. Our cleaning agency will provide linens, towels, beach towels and face clothes for a small fee of $150. If you are interested in this service, please let us know.

The location was AMAZING and the condo was extremely nice inside, everything was recently updated. We stayed for a long weekend in September and the weather was perfect, we woke up every morning and watched the sunrise over the water. The property was very clean though one small thing that we noticed was a musty/pet smell during some points in the day, this may just be due to the proximity to the water and the humidity that close to the water. I would absolutely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. This house is updated with a cozy beach feel. The owners kept some of the original features like the knotty pine, mixed with the new updates. Loved that. Location is awesome! The cottage is very small, but the layout works. The kitchen is fully stocked with lots of cookware, dishes, glasses, etc. fully functional. My favorite part of the cottage was the outdoor shower and patio!

Family wedding

We came down to the cape for a family wedding at the Pelham house. The cottage was a perfect location to walk to the venue but also to be right across the street from the beach. Unfortunately there were crazy winds that spending an afternoon on the beach with the kids couldn’t happen.

My family and I spent two days here, looking back, should have stayed longer just to get more time in the area. This cottage was pretty much exactly as we expected it to be and in a good location.

Can't wait to come back

We came to visit Cape Cod in Sept and we loved the location of this house. Even with all the rain that we got during our stay we could still look out the windows and see the beautiful ocean. we can not wait to come next year and hopefully enjoy the beach! the owner was easy to get ahold of (due to my stupidity of not reading the directions on where to park to get into the cottage). Great cottage and area to visit!

Absolutely Adorable Beach House

Upon arrival we had great communications with the owner. When I walked in the door it was truly perfect and spotless. Decor was classy and fitting for the home. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook for the family easily. And the location - amazing! I would highly recommend this property... you won't be disappointed.

Very nice little house. Nicely decorated. Hearing the ocean was so soothing. A little mockingbird serenading was our morning wake up call! The beaches are beautiful! An extra step out front would be nice. The walkers and joggers were so nice. Nice people all around!

Fall family vacation

My 82 yr old Mom, 30 year old daughter and my boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay at this cozy cottage by the beach! There were plenty of things to do to satisfy all of the generations! The water was really warm for September and we all enjoyed a swim. The bike trails were great and I enjoyed jogging/walking on the trail in front of the cottage. The cottage had everything you could need and everything was very clean and organized. The outdoor shower was great!!!

The Perfect Family Getaway Home

This was our third year staying in this house, and it we can only continue to say amazing things about it! The hosts were great to communicate with and very quick to respond to any questions or needs. The home was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the updated patio and ate many meals there with the view of the ocean! The proximity to the beach which made traveling with a toddler so easy as we didn’t have to pack everything up for a day at the beach. The outdoor shower, beach chairs and kids toys were also great! We would definitely recommend this home to others and plan to be back soon!

Perfect Getaway

This was our second year staying in this house, and it we can only say amazing things about it! The hosts were great to communicate with and very responsive. The home was clean and the updated kitchen was perfect for any cooking we needed to do when we weren't out enjoying the local seafood and restaurants! The proximity to the beach cannot be beat and allowed us to soak up whatever sun May in the Cape had to offer! The outdoor shower, beach chairs and kids toys were also great! We would definitely recommend this home to others and plan to be back soon!

A Wonderful Week in Dennisport!

This rental featured more extras than any of our prior Cape Cod cottage rentals. Some examples: A well-stocked pantry with every seasoning imaginable, cooking oils, coffee options (lots of Keurig pods and also a regular drip coffee machine AND a French press!). Great air conditioning on a very hot and muggy week; with each space having its own temperature control. The cottage also has a well-stocked shed with plenty of beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach toys. The owner was easily reachable for a few quick questions upon arrival. Overall a very nice beachfront rental!

Amazing Vacation

We had an amazing time at this beach house! The home was clean, updated and the decor was adorable! It was also well equipped with anything you could possibly need. You can’t beat the location directly across the street from Glendon Beach. You have water views from the home. If you have little kids like we do, it was very easy to go to and from the beach for nap time or to grab something at the house. I also enjoyed sitting out front in the lawn chairs during the babies nap time taking in the beach and ocean views and all of the friendly people walking by. Ocean House, Pelham, and The Sailing Cow are all very close to the home, which we enjoyed for food options during our stay. The outdoor shower was also great! We really had a great vacation and enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Great location!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this cottage. It is in a great location and we enjoyed the proximity to the beach, as well as the deck and table out front. The air conditioning was also a great amenity as well as a fully stocked kitchen. We did have trouble upon arrival opening the lock box (even with the correct code) and an updated one could make that process smoother. We were also surprised to find no linens at the house. I hadn’t read anywhere about linens not being provided so I wrongly assumed they would be (next time I would definitely double check no matter what). Also, the lock on the front door did not work. Beach chairs also need to be updated and outdoor shower area cleaned up. Small details like these really take a rental from just good to great.

Feedback from our guests always us to make improvements and provide a positive experience for those who stay with us. Note: we do have a handyman on call and we are a short distance from the cottage. So, any concerns can be quickly addressed and corrected. Our goal is to provide a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Beware- No linens or towels or paper products

This is a beautiful, clean, charming cottage right across from a nice beach. We were very happy overall with this choice. It worked very well for our family of 4. The negatives: When we arrived at midnight after flying to Boston from Colorado we were surprised to learn that there were no linens, no towels, no tissues or paper towels, and no toilet paper in the entire place (there was half a roll of toilet paper left from previous renters). The toilet requires a specialty TP because it’s old (so $$$). On the first day of my vacation, I spent the morning running around to buy towels, paper towels and TP for $90 (we also had to spend $20 to send our new towels home since we didn’t have room in our suitcases). This is NOT how I expected our vacation to start and it definitely soured our overall experience. In fairness to the owners, I should’ve read the fine print. It clearly states you must supply your own. In the 20 years I’ve been renting VRBOs all over the world, I’ve never had this experience and was very disappointed. The owners leave information about renting all these supplies for renters. However, it financially makes more sense to just bring your own than to pay the linen rental place. And, who wants to bring another suitcase when going on vacation? I really want to give this a 5-star rating because everything else was wonderful but the lack of linens and towels really impacted our overall review. Hopefully it can be addressed for future renters.

Thank you for submitting a review. We work hard on making sure our guests receive the best Cape Cod experience. Glad you enjoyed your time on the Cape and we are sorry for any inconveniences. We are available by phone, texts and email 24/7 and your concerns could have been easily addressed. We are a little surprised by not having any paper products. We do have those items on site and we also keep additional supplies in the house. If you were able to reach out - this could have been easily corrected. We do not provide linens at the cottage, but we do have an agency that would provide those items if needed. This is listed on the VRBO website and also in the welcome letter that we sent out to you. As for the toilet - the toilet and the bathroom were remodeled 4 years ago and the toilet is new. On the Cape - houses/cottages, hotels etc... all have septic systems. That requires septic safe paper products. Note- I also reached out to make sure everything was good, and I did not get a response.

We have been vacationing on the Cape since we were kids. We have been regular visitors and vacationers since 2010. For the past few years we have been looking for a Beach House that offered everything we need. Finding the perfect location was very challenging. This cottage fits our needs and will be a great experience for all who stay here. Vacationing on the Cape is our highlight of the year. Each time we visit we try something New....and there is always something NEW. We enjoy entertaining guests and family members. We have been renting and hosting cottages on the cape for over 20 years. Our goal is to provide a memorable Cape Cod experience at our clean, comfortable cottage for our guests - so that they can start creating their own memories. Glendon Beach is one of our favorite beaches in Dennis Port. Did you know that there are 20 public beaches in Dennis?? We like that there are no stairs and you can walk right onto the beach. The beach is protected by a few Jettys and the sand is amazing. There is also a bathhouse, which is a BIG bonus. For those who enjoy spending time on the beach - this is the perfect place. We enjoy having dinners on the porch and walking over to the beach. Glendon Beach is only a few steps from the front door. Throughout the day we enjoy walking the beach, swimming, visiting the Sailing Cow Restaurant, fishing off the jetties and soaking up the sun. We supply beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and beach toys/equipment to make your traveling and Cape Cod experience stress free. If you need a break from the sun - the cottage is right, there. Walking distance to restaurants, Mini Golf, snack shack, ice-cream, and other beaches is always a highlight. Being close to the beach also makes it easy to set up a picnic or just head over to take a nap while listening to the waves. Glendon offers amazing sunrises and sunsets. We have a great cleaning agency that is very thorough with attention to detail. We have over 20 years of experience in providing our guests with vacations on the Cape that create great memories. Hearing the waves and the sounds of the ocean from your open windows and patio/deck. No need for a Beach Sticker or to pay for parking. The cottage is steps to a few connecting beaches. The cottage offers everything you need: Ocean views, Cental Air, Comfortable Beds, Eat in Kitchen, Nice Summer Breeze off the water, Patio, convenient location, year-round availability, in a beach setting that is unique and hard to find.
