This beautifully renovated two bedroom/two bath beach condo is located at the boutique Sand Dollar Villas on Amelia Island. Quartzite countertops, marble backsplash, tiled walk-in shower and numerous other amenities add to your beach getaway. Wake up to the sunrise or sleep in with blackout curtains. Having morning coffee or sipping champagne in the evening on your private balcony looking at the ocean is simply delightful. You have easy access to ocean swimming and sunning on the beach or enjoy lounging by the Oceanside pool. This is my so happy place and can be yours too!

The host was such a pleasure to deal with. Great communication before and during our stay. We enjoyed Amelia Island and the host recommendations for local dining and events. Plenty of restaurants and local grocery stores and etc. The property is nice and right on the beach. We loved sitting out on the balcony each night relaxing. We would highly recommend. Everything is so close within several miles.

It was a wonderful getaway for a family reunion of 3 adult siblings. The condo was well appointed, clean, weather was perfect, and our host was so accommodating. Property was quiet, walk to the beach was very easy. Beach was beautiful. Enjoyed breakfast on the balcony every morning. Would definitely rent this condo again.

I would highly recommend this place! It was super clean, so comfortable, close to the beach, and family friendly. Some fun notes (because I know info from the reviews can be helpful!) 1. There are beach toys and chairs for you to use! This was great. 2. This condo was fully stocked of everything you need. It was amazing and the first time we have ever experienced that. 3. If you plan to cook often in the condo, get your groceries in Yulee. Currently, Harris Teeter is the only grocery store and they are expensive. 4. Also, watch the tides. It may seem silly and obvious but they rise pretty quick! 5 oh and if you like mini golf go check out the island love adventure course! It was super fun! We loved our entire stay. Everything was fantastic! And we will probably be back!

We had the best few days and communication was easy. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We went for walks on the beach every morning and evening. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and kitchen had everything we needed. Elevator available if needed and sufficient parking. The restaurant recommendations came in handy too. Super easy drive to downtown Amelia Island to walk around town and browse shops have tea and ice cream.

Absolutely my best trip to beach! Loved everything about the condo, was exactly as described. Contacted the host several times and got very quick and helpful responses. Amelia Island is so beautiful. Parking in area and at condo was so easy. Steps from beach actually mean steps from beach. I have been to many beaches and was told it was close and easy walk, and never was. Was the easiest walk to the beach and we wished we had stayed a few more days.

Beautiful Condo

This condo was beautiful and the view of the ocean wasn’t bad either. I love the rules of quiet from 10 pm to 10am. The pool was awesome. Our family had a wonderful time here. Very easy to check in and love the ideas of carts to take our luggage up to the condo. There is an elevator too. We will be back.

The condo is more beautiful than pictures show. It is equipped with everything necessary for a great time at the beach. As first-time Amelia Island vacationers, we saw a turtle in the dunes, loved the wide beach and appreciated the restaurant recommendations from our host. We had a wonderful time and would love to stay in this condo again!

February in Fernadina

This was the perfect beach front winter escape from central NY's snow. The condo had everything we needed. We cooked most of the time and the kitchen was well stocked. The side balcony provides a great view and sounds of the ocean. Peaceful neighborhood and perfect location on the island w/short drives to the North/South beaches and quaint downtown. Gorgeous sunrises. Brad was so attentive and his welcome gift basket appreciated, as were the beach chairs and towels. So very happy I found this property

Stayed one week at this condo - great location and very clean and updated condo. Had everything we needed. Appreciated the welcome basket and extra supplies. Loved walking the beach and heading into the historic district for food and shopping.

Beautiful Beachside Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beach. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the full kitchen as we like to cook our own meals (even while on vacation)! We started our mornings enjoying breakfast on the deck and ended most days with dinner and the sights and sounds of the ocean on that same deck. Our host was very responsive to the couple of questions we had during our visit. Would highly recommend you choose this property as your home-away-from-home next time you want to visit Fernandina Beach!

Fall Ladies Annual Trip

Absolutely wonderful! Brad has every thing in order. Snacks and water on arrival. Toilet paper, brand name body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in both bathrooms. The views from the covered porch and the sound of the ocean are wonderful. The condo is very quiet and peaceful and convenient to the grocery and restaurants. We are already planning next years trip.
