The condo is tastefully appointed with comfortable furniture and a full kitchen stocked with basics. The screened in rear deck overlooks the wildlife reserve and pond where you can view or photograph Florida wildlife. The ocean beach is just steps away (7-10 min walk on a private path) where you can relax and play. Looking to mix work and play? Bring your dock and plug in to the full size monitor, fully adjustable wireless keyboard, wireless mouse and USB hub with excellent WIFI. Free on site parking. Top floor unit - Stairs only. We had a wonderful stay in the Island Treehouse, The unit was very clean and well organized. Location was great. Our favorite parts of the day were morning coffee on the screened in porch watching wildlife and the walks on the beach.

We enjoyed a relaxing week at Amelia Island! The condo was very well equipped. It is situated on the 3rd floor (no elevator) so this may be difficult for those with mobility issues. The screened-in porch overlooks a pond where we saw blue heron, egrets and turtles. The area where the condo is situated is very quiet and peaceful. The beach was easy and convenient to get to-through a path and across the street. Restaurants are very convenient to access as well. Trish was wonderful to communicate with and very prompt with replying to any questions I had. I would definitely book with her again!

The place was very clean, all the cupboards and drawers were labeled with what was in them, plenty of towels, kitchen implements, etc. The balcony was screened in and was a real plus. I don't remember the listing ever saying it was on the third floor, which could be a real detriment for some people. No problem for us, it was great.

We had a great time staying here. The space was big enough for 2 adults and 2 tweens. The kitchen had everything we needed to have some breakfasts, lunches and a few dinners…saving some money as dining for 4 in Amelia Island is not cheap. We were able to log into our streaming services on the TV to watch stuff together. The pool is large and the water temp was great. It’s a quick walk and we had lots of fun there. The beach is walkable and there is a cart, chairs, cooler and beach umbrellas and enough beach towels, so you have everything you need. Best of all the beach is drive on with a 4x4 vehicle so if you don’t want to walk you can get there easily and enjoy the beach. The Beach. The Pool. The Fort. Center Street Shops. Lots of Good Restaurants. Plenty to do. Great Laid Back Vacation.Communication with Trish was very easy and she responded quickly. For someone who usually always wants to be right on the beach, we had a great time and I would definitely stay here again if we decide to come back to Amelia Island.

Wonderful place to stay, easy to check in and out. Very well equipped, we needed nothing more. Beds are comfortable. Great location looking down into the pond and being up amongst the trees. Screened in balcony is a perfect place to relax especially for breakfast listening to and seeing the birds. Trish was very easy to communicate with, quickly responding to any questions we had. The apartment is on the third floor which may present difficulties for some. Plenty of parking spaces. Not far to walk to the beach. We would definitely recommend this place.

Home away from home

This was our 3rd year on Amelia island as well as staying at Amelia landings and our 2nd year in this condo. We felt like we had come home! So comfortable and clean. We love the lake and watching the alligator (& babies!), how quiet it is, the pool, the jungle path to the beach & all of Trish’s magic touches in the condo. We will be back next year! Thank you for hosting us!

Beach getaway.

Spotless condo with nice views from spacious back porch..Excellent pool area. Nice pathway to beach. Close to Fort Clinch and also Amelia state park. Kitchen is complete with spices, nice silverware, and cooking utensils.

Comfortable, clean and nice patio

We enjoyed our stay. The patio was very spacious and nice to enjoy time with our 12 yr old daughter just hanging out. Although brought our own, it was nice to see shower items were available and plenty of hand soap in the bathrooms. Communication was easy and prompt with the owner. Location was great. Highly recommend staying here.

Quiet & Convenient to Beach

Nice apartment (super clean) with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms & a great screened in porch, in a quiet neighborhood, overlooking a pond with turtles & other wildlife. Easy parking outside the apartment. Short walk to a beautiful beach.

The condo is clean and nicely decorated and furnished. Very close to the beautiful beach and if staying home the back porch is serene and peaceful. Highly recommend this unit at Amelia Landings!

“Tree Top” apartment Amelia Island

Excellent place to stay. Very well equipped and comfortable bed. The balcony overlooks a pond where you can watch an alligator every morning. Being on the third floor made us close to the bird life in the trees. Such a variety of birds. The pool is a short walk from the property and the beach not too far away. Great communication with owners who respond very quickly. Easy check in/check out. Would definitely recommend.

Fall long weekend

We took a long weekend to attend a concert in Jacksonville and wanted to check out the island. Great location, quiet and peaceful. Very convenient to the beach’s and shops. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Amazing place

Island Treehouse is AMAZING

Hi. I'm Trish, your host. My family and I have been coming to Amelia Island for years and we just love it here. It helps that we have family here as well. After twenty plus years of operating my own small business I retired and decided to explore the vacation rental business. It's been my dream to be on permanent vacation someday. I hope you enjoy our place as much as we do.

We were looking for a turn key operation and this property came up for sale. Maybe I am partial because its ours but I really think our house in the treetops offers the best in privacy, comfort, and the most amazing views of Florida wildlife. We love that we are just a 7 minute walk away from the beach and if it gets too hot we can retreat to our lofty balcony nestled in the shade of the tall oak trees.

This location is convenient to everything on the island. Downtown, beaches, museums, state parks, restaurants, nightlife, grocery, shopping you name it. Step out onto the front landing and hear the waves crashing on the beach. Every day brings wildlife to our backyard. There are wood storks, herons, alligators, turtles and more. Best of all is that you will leave here feeling refreshed and spiritually renewed. Despite our little community being tucked away and surprisingly quiet, everything is just a few minutes away or within walking distance. Walk (10 minutes) or drive (1 minute) to the beach. Want to see more? Historic St. Augustine is just a short drive. You'll never run out of things to see and do.
