Welcome to The Juniper by Boutiq at Brian Head Peak, home to world-class skiing and snowboarding, as well as amazing hiking/biking trails. This picturesque condo is right across from the Giant Steps and Brian Head resort, with all the amenities needed for a fun mountain getaway. The home is also near Cedar Breaks and Zion National Parks, so many activities await!

The mountain is open for skiing and snowboarding - set your sights on Brian Head, where "The Greatest Snow on Earth" awaits!
PARKING: The property comes with a pair of one-car garages (2 spots). Please note these garages are a bit shallow and are better suited for standard size vehicles as the garage doors must remain closed at all times other than loading/unloading. Please do not park anywhere but the garages, especially during winter. Parking in other spots in the complex may be cause for towing or fines. If you need more space, please see the map with the public parking options.

In order to get to the property in the winter, snow chains are required and 4WD or AWD are highly recommended.

Stairs are required to access the unit

Your responsive hosts are available around the clock to answer questions, provide assistance when necessary, and ensure an optimal and communicative vacation experience. We are always a message or phone call away, and we will send someone to the house promptly if there are any issues that need onsite help.


The property is located in the Brian Head Lofts complex, right across from the Giant Steps and Brian Head Resort. Brian Head Mountain views do not disappoint in the summer or the winter, and endless activities are accessible within a short drive or hike. Whether you want to fly down the peaks of Brian Head Mountain in the winter or explore Zion National Park in the summer, any guest will enjoy their time in this magical place.

Guests will be given codes to the garages and to the unit itself. Everything will be accessed via smart lock. This unit is on the second floor of the building, and stairs are required to access the unit.

The home is located on the second level of the building. Upon entering the unit, the guests will be in an entry area. To the left of the entry area is the kitchen, Every Boutiq home is fully equipped and stocked chef's kitchen and has all of the essentials you may need to cook. The kitchen is immediately adjacent to the living and dining areas. Next to the dining table is a sliding door that has access to the patio with a grill. From the entry way the room immediately on your right is the bunk room, which features 4 twin-size beds and an ensuite bathroom that has both a shower and tub. Down the hallway on the left is another bedroom that has a king size bed, and a bathroom that has both a shower and a Jacuzzi tub. Upstairs is a spacious landing area featuring a sofa with pull-out bed. There is also a loft style bedroom that has its own entry, a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom it shares with the loft, a walk-in closet, and a half wall that overlooks the living room. The patio that is attached to the loft contains the hot tub. Note: As is typical with homes and condos in this area, the unit does not have air conditioning but only heat.

-2 dedicated, single-car garages (access can be dependent on snow levels, but alternative public parking is also located nearby)

Rental or personal vehicles are strongly recommended in this area as there is no Uber or Lyft. Most of the town is walking distance, but there is plenty of parking wherever you may need to go.

Property was as describe with more than enough room for four adults and four children. We had an issue with the freezer one night making a loud noise. We contacted the PM and they had soneone there the next afternoon to fix it. Usually you never know how good bad a PM company is until there is a problem well I can say there were very good.

Spring break ski trip
Great place for a family. We had 2 families. The only complaint I have is that the listing said NEWLY RENOVATED and it was not. Also the property management should do a better job at leaving more toiletries out.

Great Stay But Not Ready For Guests
Unfortunately, when we checked in, there were still towels in the wash, the bunk beds were made but the top ones were obviously not washed(so we had to wash them before we could use them) and one of the bathrooms was not cleaned. But putting that aside, the unit was a lot of fun to stay at and we had a nice stay. Great location!

Summer Time Escape
The property was absolutely fantastic . We had some problems the first night because of a communication mix-up with the cleaning company (which is why I gave 4 stars for cleaning rather than 5), but someone immediately answered the phone and walked us through our options, including staying one night at a nearby residence that was just as amazing. They continued to communicate through out the night and the next day. When we were able to fully appreciate the space we rented in a perfectly clean loft, we absolutely loved it. It had everything we needed to stay-in and cook, and we loved having the space to enjoy each other as well as have some quiet time. It was great for adults and for the one toddler guest as well. BTW - Having a pack and play and a high chair at the unit without having to reserve one made a world of difference with packing. The hot tub on the covered balcony when it was 40 degrees and raining was one of the reasons we rented this unit, and we were so glad we did. It was awesome. Also, it was literally right across the street from the lodge and the restaurants on the mountain. The location could not have been better. The space was beautiful and spacious with windows overlooking Brian Head, and thankfully, the owners were also fantastic to work with when we had issues. That was a huge comfort and just made us want to come back.
