Honua Kai Hokulani 824! Great location with Mountain views! This one bedroom/one bath located at the highly desired Honua Kai Resort offers the perfect Hawaiian getaway.

This inviting luxury condo is located in the Hokulani Tower. Take in the tranquility of the West Maui mountains while enjoying the large private lanai. Sip your morning coffee to the sight of the sun rising over the mountains or dine al fresco! Outdoor dining table with seating for four. Enjoy the seamless transition between indoor/outdoor living with glass folding wall doors.

The living space is quite comfortable with a convertible sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan. Dine in! The kitchen has everything you will need to whip up a quick bite or a full meal, including dishware, glassware, and cooking utensils. There is a large dining table with seating for four. The full bath suite has a spa-like feel! With a tub/shower combo and vanity. Full-size washer/dryer is an added convenience and allows for lighter packing.

The primary bedroom features a king bed with luxurious linens, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and access to your private lanai! Central AC throughout.

The Honua Kai Resort is a beachfront luxury resort with dining at Dukes Beach House Restaurant, Aina Gourmet Market, three Swimming Pools, Hot tubs, Fitness Center, and Whalers General store in the lobby. Located at the northern end of Ka’anapali Beach overlooking the islands of Lanai and Molokai. Additional Restaurants, shopping, golf, and beaches all within minutes.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Great space! I like that you can open the balcony all the way to create an indoor/outdoor experience. Space was clean and comfortable.Bed was a little sunken in closest to the window but still comfortable.Loved my time here.

Great stay

This is our second time at the lovely Honua Kai. Check in/check out was easy. Communication with renter was quick and all of our questions were answered quickly.

Room issues

Thank you So we had a few issues during our stay The room temp is set at 78° and can not be changed. That is way too warm to sleep. The toilet must have the handle returned manually after each flush or it will continue to run. The ice maker does not produce ice so we had to bring it up from the garage

Value for the money

This unit is very comfortable for two adults. The unit hasn’t been renovated but that is reflected in the price, which represents good value for the money. The grounds and pools of the Honua Kai are beautiful and the towel dispenser is appreciated. Underground parking is free and we had no problem finding spots. The unit was cleaned well but just shows some wear & tear (ie stains on carpet). We would definitely stay here again. Mahalo.

Perfect vacation

The unit was in great condition and clean. Location was perfect. Also, the check-in process was easy and the vacation/property management group communicated extremely well with us. Would love to come back in the future.

Great for couple or small family

We’ve stayed at the Honua Kai previously in another unit. This unit is perfect for a small family. The bed would have been large enough for all 3 of us (we have a 4 year old), we opted to rent a toddler bed from a local company. This gave us plenty of room. The view up the mountain is quite beautiful and we enjoyed it daily.

Beautiful resort and honeymoon

We had a great time staying at Honua Kai, the resort was clean as can be and amenities were much appreciated. We were greeted with open arms and were able to enjoy our honeymoon and relax, we well as go wherever we needed with the great location near Kaanapali and Lahaina. Would recommend this location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Honua Kai several times and have always enjoyed the amazing pools and beach access. Our room was very quiet and had a surprisingly nice view of the mountains. Our kids enjoyed using the boogie boards. The management company was great to work with and the room was generally in good condition, but the unit is due for a deep cleaning that includes the tile / grout.

Great Unit

The unit was clean and well kept. It was wonderful for our family of 4, two adults and 2 kids. The unit is well equipped with beach gear and kitchen supplies for cooking. Our kids enjoyed the pool and Duke’s Restaurant and Bar is on property. We had a great time and recommend this unit.

Very nice condo, the building is going through renovations (much needed) the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped s with all the amenities. They even had beach chairs and beach volleyball for our use . Thank you!! The only thing I’d like to mention is the carpet, stained in various parts, other than that everything was great!

Nice Amenities and Convenient Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a nice resort. There are 2 buildings. This unit is at the Hokulani, whose common areas are not as nice as the other one which has the nicer pool and where the gym, spa, and convenient store are located. Room itself is nice but the bathroom can use some deep cleaning or renovation for the price. There’s a constant slight urine smell for my sensitive nose. I tried to spray with Lysol but didn’t seem to resolve it. Toilet lever sticks and needs replacing, but we worked around it. I really like the fact that there’s a washer and dryer in the room. It’s a good size for 2 people. Having 2 additional teenagers would be too cramped but would still be manageable. Nice there were extra towels for 2 so i didn’t have to launder the towels since there’s no maid service. Nicely equipped with toilet paper, trash bags, detergents. Have all the kitchen amenities. Bed is very comfortable! Nice big balcony but too windy and rainy in Feb to use. Overall i would still stay there again if the price remains relatively reasonable.
