Welcome to our cozy condo home in the beautiful Sandpiper Cove Resort. Our first floor unit offers super easy access, just park your car and walk right up to the door which you enter via self check-in with electronic door code provided to guests.

We offer 5 comfy beds - 1 queen, 2 fulls, and a daybed that includes a twin and trundle bed.

Our kitchen offers pots, pans, utensils, dishware, and multiple appliances such as air fryer, microwave, toaster oven, K-cup coffee machine.

Bathroom offers shower, bathtub, and bidet.

Back area has a large beautiful patio deck with steps leading down straight to golf course and grassy area near the canal, and an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing the sand off.

Sandpiper Cove is a very popular resort on Holiday Isle and in Destin, due to all the amenities offered within the resort and its private beach. There is guard-gated security, you will be provided with a hang tag for your vehicle to allow 24-hour in and out privileges. Louisiana Lagniappe restaurant located within the resort offers amazing meals, and Rick’s Sand Trap (open during high season) has affordable options for quick bites right at the beach.

Within the 43-acre gated resort, you’ll find 5 pools, 3 hot tubs, lighted tennis courts, vending machines and barbecue grills, boat ramp and marina along the canal, fishing spots, golf course, and much more. The private beach is about a 0.5 mile walk - you’ll be able to quickly access the sugar white sands any time, morning and late afternoon walks to view sunrises and sunsets are especially calming and beautiful! You can also park in the lot right at the beach for Sandpiper Cove guests. The Destin Harbor is adjacent to the complex, as well as shopping, entertainment, and dining options all within a few minutes drive.

For rainy and lazy days when you want to just relax in the condo, we provide entertainment options to pass the time and stay warm (or cool) and cozy.
