Welcome to 'Nauti Beach'! Private Pool This home features five bedrooms five baths. With three king master suites; two twin beds one full bed ; and two twin sleepers; it will comfortably sleep your entire group on your next beach vacation! A beautiful backyard with a private pool is the perfect compliment to this stunning home; but it doesn't end there! There is also a third floor deck in front and back and you can access a roof top terrace with AMAZING views of the beach and Port Aransas. The third floor is a fabulous open floor plan with a massive kitchen; dining & living room; all done in ship lap. The oversized living room area also offers large chairs that fold out into twin sleeper sofas. The second floor features three of the guest rooms and three baths with an outdoor deck that boasts beautiful views. Each guest room is very spacious and decorated with luxurious linens; ship lap and offers a flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and lots of closet space for your belongings. As you enter on the first floor you will find two additional king suites . The fully stocked kitchenette is perfect for access right off the pool. The back yard is a true oasis with a private pool and grill with ample outdoor seating with a swing off the end of the pool to sit back and relax. The first floor is a separate entrance from the rest of home making a nice private level. The neighborhood of Banyan Beach is a great highly sought after area as it is very close to town; all your favorite restaurants; shopping; and the beach! Banyan Beach offers its own private dune crossover as well; or take a quick golf cart ride to the beach. The house was nice , we enjoyed the pool just a few things that made it not so great , we encountered A snake in the sidewalk near the stairs , contacted the hosts about it and all I was told was that They cannot control Wild animals. And Ofcourse we cannot control that but would help a lot if they get professional pest control services as often as needed. And also trim down the bushes in the back yard. And another reason was we saw many roaches around the house aswell & one of the bunk beds blanket was Very dirty. Overall the house is huge and pretty but needs a little better cleaning / keep up.

Nauti review

The location of the house was prime and the backyard pool and cabana was great. The house is very deceiving with the pics. 2 bedrooms are in the garage and can only be accessed by going outside. House seemed to be in rough shape, but the location helped out way the bad for us. We would for sure stay again, but would appreciate seeing better upkeep of the property at nearly 8000/week.

Danger - pool gate lock broken- 2yo almost fell in

Your pool gate look doesn’t work because the gate sags. Our 2 year old easily pulled open the seemingly locked gate and ran in The refrigerator is broken and doesn’t cool. It’s older than the house by 8-10 years. We lost good and people got sick. Come on. 8000 to stay here and you can’t get a working frig and keep up maintenance?

Had a great time

The layout of the house was great for our group. We have a couple older adults so was nice to have 2 bedroom downstairs. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and loved the open concept so we could cook and still hang out with everyone. Only thing was all bed were very squeaky and not particularly comfortable. Would rent this house again. The staff was great with quick switch out of golf cart as the one at house when we got there did not have headlights that worked

Mermaid Hair, don't care

We loved our stay here. The house is spacious and we love how open the living area and kitchen are . We also loved that each bedroom had a bathroom. The only reason we did not give it a 5 star is that the beds all need new mattresses. Everyone complained about how uncomfortable their bed was and also the refrigerator needs to be upgraded. You need a new larger refrigerator for the size of house it is!! Other than that our stay was very enjoyable!!! Please get new mattresses and a new refrigerator so we can stay here again .

Great home!

We had a wonderful time and the house fit the 10 of us perfectly. However, I didn't like seeing roaches in the garage when we first got there but it was taken care of. I also didn't like the homeowner threatening us to move a trailer or it will be towed. A simple “can you move it please” would have been just fine. We brought a trailer due to work. We also had to buy our own propane because the one provided was out.

House is very nice with all appliances, A/C, etc working. The location is great with walking distance to the beach or short cart ride to beach and town. This house was ideal for our stay in Pirt A

Great layout!

We had a great time and the house was clean. The only negative comment I have was that all of the queen mattresses/beds could probably use an update. They were uncomfortable and super squeaky. We had four couples and it worked out perfectly!

Loved it!

We rented this house to accommodate our family, a few friends and some of our employees working at SandFest. It was perfect! Quick access to the beach via the included golf cart! Will definitely look at booking again.

Wonderful weekend Getaway!

This felt like a home away from home with all the comforts of home. We had a small child so ate in and the kitchen is impressive and stocked with everything you need. The open floor plan made visiting with family cozy but lots of room to stretch out in various areas. Location was awesome and golf cart was a plus! Loved it all!

Mermaid Hair is a Great Place to Stay

Layout of house and condition was great. But the outdoor grill was nasty, so we didn't use it. And the golf cart key needs to be replaced (hard to get in the ignition). Bathrooms also need more towels. Property manager was horrible at responding to emails and answering phones. Appears they need more staff.

Dont use a credit card to book.

Ive never been gouged like this for using a credit card in my life. 300.00 extra in buried fees.. Not enough towels,Door entry lock didnt work. Called maintenance.Finally came to fix it.. Spent 3,500.00 for a week-end. We had to buy napkins,trash bags,propane lighter.etc..no pepper.. Wont be back. After spending this amount of money???? should be total turn-key..Wife killed 2 roaches on the counter top.pool table was not level.????shared pool was dirty..not enough towels for the pool.Had to hunt down golf cart key at the office...wont be back...
