Pawsitively Paradise is a bright and cheerful condo located steps from the beach and relaxing community pool. The spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers plenty of sleeping for six guests. As you enter Pawsitively Paradise, you’ll know you made this rental your home away from home.

With its fully stocked kitchen, stainless steel appliances and large island you can make a gourmet meal after a long day at the beach. The dining area seats six comfortably with an additional two at the kitchen island. After a day at the beach and pool, you can kick back and relax in the living room while watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. Enjoy the large patio right off the living area with afternoon shade to enjoy a drink of choice while taking in the gulf breezes. The sunset view is unmatched anywhere in Port Aransas.

The primary bedroom offers a plush king-size bed, flat-screen TV and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed with a twin-size trundle bed and a flat-screen TV. The second guest bathroom is conveniently located nearby.

One parking space is available with limited additional guest parking. Boats and trailers are allowed. Golf Cart Parking is not allowed. The condo is on the second floor and is not ADA accessible.

Everything was great for us! The only small complaint was the door to the living room from the bedrooms didn’t close and the bottom lock on the master door out to the patio wouldn’t open. Not a big deal. Love the space! Beautiful!

Great stay for the 3 of us and our greyhound. Nice clean accomodations. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Great breeze on the balcony to sit in the rocking chairs after a day at the beach.

2nd time and still loved it!!!!

We love Mustang Island Beach Club condos and have stayed twice in 2 different condos. The kids love the pool and beach access. It is a very well maintained property and dog friendly. We had an issue with the AC unit, but it was quickly resolved, but it still hindered our time there.

Families With Dogs Will Live This

Our dogs loved this place. The huge covered porch was a bonus for all of us. There were some burrs on the grounds but once we knew, they were easy to avoid. Well stocked kitchen, just needed to bring zip lock bags next time.

Pawsitively Paradise is Perfect

We picked this amazing place because it was pet friendly but turned out to be kid friendly also with games for kids a large patio for them to play on. Large enough we had 7 other family members come over for dinner, some ate outside others had plenty of room inside. You can see the owner’s passion for their dogs which translated over to our love of our dog also. They had a beautiful picture in the main bedroom that reminded us of one of our dogs we lost three years ago. Even our oldest grandson looked at it and said is that Burger papa! Very comfortable A/C works great ceiling fans in every room made it. Very nice to sleep at night. Have already recommended to a friend that has a dog heading down later this summer!

Easy, simple, relaxing

Well maintained, had an additional blow up mattress in bedroom, clean except 1 empty McDonald's cup in drawer, so nice to have a place accepting more than 2 pets, pool maintenance DOES NOT have plumbing guy come out on weekends for turning on and off plumbing and heat, Pool maintenance also happened at 1pm on a Saturday pouring chemicals into the pool and hot tub with residents as actively in the pool and area surrounding. Place is true to pictures, the trundle bed is in an area off the living room which is totally fine I just didn't get that impression from the photos. Easy communication but a bit slower than would be nice but I wanted to extend by 1 day and I could super easily.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We LOVE Port A and want to do everything we can to support the post-Harvey rebuild! We stayed at Mustang Island Beach Club #112 - Pawsitively Paradise - 4 Stars! Apart from some cleaning issues (sticker burrs in all the rugs, even the bath mats - ouch!!) and the hike to the beach, it’s a great condo! Silver Sands Vacation Rentals - 1 Star! Communication challenges aplenty; if you like a good headache and want to work for your vacation, this is the rental company to use! While I would definitely recommend the condo, I would NOT recommend Silver Sands. My Google review provides more detail. If you own Mustang Island Beach Club #112 (Pawsitively Paradise), I cannot encourage you to find a different property management company fast enough. They are not representing you well at all.

Everything was in working order and the condo was well stocked. The only issue was cleanliness as the floor was dirty and the windows haven't been cleaned in a while. There was no laundry detergent to wash clothes either.

We love this place!

We stayed in this unit for 2 nights and it was perfect for our 2 families. The kids loved the trundle in the living room nook and the 2 bedrooms were a great size and very comfortable. We brought our lab and he loved walking around on the huge balcony! The only con is the spare bedroom bed seems to be missing the middle wood piece that goes under the bed so it sinks a little in the middle but still very comfortable! We will rent this place again as we loved it!

Not so clean

Place was nice and accommodating with close access to the beach but it was just dirty. Had to wash dishes when we got there. Lots of pet hair on the floor plus a hair balls along the base boards. Also pet food through out the floor. When we checked in towels were damp which was unpleasant. I understand it is pet friendly place but still should be clean. Also under bed was trash (empty Chip bags and juice boxes). I have pics so I'm not making it up. Will probably not be coming back.

Fun in Paradise!

Our family had a wonderful stay in this condo. It was so spacious, and the condo itself exceeded my expectations. It's very updated and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of dishes and utensils. My kids loved the games and the hundreds of movies provided. They especially enjoyed watching Shrek in 3D. The huge balcony was so relaxing to enjoy in the evenings, and the pool was never too crowded. The walk to the beach was a bit far but you can drive to the boardwalk if you don't want to walk the entire way. The only real cons I would say were very small things that could easily be given more attention to from the managing company. All that being said, I would rate the condo itself a 5 star plus but the company that manages the property a 3.5. When we arrived, the condo is set to sleep 6, but there were only 4 sets of wash cloths provided and there were no kitchen towels or dish rags provided. It may have just been an oversight, but it made cleaning up after ourselves very difficult. We did finally get in contact with silver sands to get some more towels. They were very kind and apologetic but admitted they were short staffed. A couple other small things that would help make the experience 5 stars would be a starter pack or at least a small amount of laundry detergent to at least be able to do one load without having to go out and buy some. I know this is a pet friendly condo, but housekeeping missed big clumps of dog fur here and there and the laundry area smelled a bit like a litter box. Thankfully the smell was confined to that one area. Overall, this condo was amazing and I would absolutely stay here again on an off peak time when it's not as pricey.

More room than expected

The place itself was fantastic! Plenty of room. Actually more room than anticipated. Has an amazing wraparound deck, which my dog loved to catch the breeze on! We had zero problems with the unit. Was Excellent! It was a bit of a trek to the beach, but walkable. You could also drive about 1/4 of a mile to a small parking lot and walk right over on the boardwalk. All and all, an overall great experience. The kids loved it

Dog Friendly

This stand-alone condominium complex is very dog friendly. We enjoyed the private beach access, the swimming pool and watching the sunrise on the deck. The sea breeze felt wonderful on the deck also.

Generally good, but not that clean

This was my 2nd time staying at Pawsitively Paradise. All was great the first time. This time, however, there were hairs and other things all over the floors, like it just hadn't been vaccuumed at all, and there were dead bugs smashed against the walls in several rooms. My son was grossed out by all of that, which is saying a lot since he's a little boy.

Couldn't have been better

This condo is as described and pictured, but even nicer in person. Literally had 0 issues whatsoever. Everything was extremely clean, organized, and simply easy. Using the TV, Internet, A/C, door lock, etc. was all seamless. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and utensils. My child and I liked the collection of 100s of DVDs to watch. I'll just point out that it's not quite in what's actually considered Port Aransas. It's only a few-min. drive to the heart of town and beaches, so it's not a big deal unless you are expecting to walk to the beach, and the upside is it's very quiet and feels relaxing. The on-site pool is also really nice and convenient.

Great place for a Port Aransas vacation!

We stayed here for 4 days in June and had a great time. We loved the beaches (mostly went to Mustang Beach) and the water, nice people. Great location with good access to the beaches. The condo was very clean and well-kept, with nice, comfortable furnishings. We enjoyed the living room and the beds were comfortable as well. (Although the king size bed in the master bedroom was very tall and I am short, so it was a little tough to climb in!) The kitchen was well stocked with good storage space. There was no table on the balcony as it showed in the pictures, but that was not a big deal. There was some construction going on in the complex, but we were not affected by it at all. Nice to have a covered parking spot under the condo. All in all, a great place to stay. We would recommend it and would come back again!

The AC was not working as it should, but once Silver Sands was aware of it they had someone out immediately to handle it.
