My stay was wonderful. Very cozy home. Great location to grocery shopping and convenient to downtown. Host was responsive and worked quick to provide help when asked. Communication was great.

Host was so welcoming! House was perfect and clean! We walked to Starbucks, Whole Foods, and a great restaurant. Easy Uber to Downtown Charleston to see my son! Can’t wait to go back!

The kitchen had everything anyone would need, and even had a roomy built-in cupboard. Nice extras like plenty of dish/dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, fabric softeners, hair dryer, etc., plus the tasteful modern furnishings styled for comfy eating and lounging, AND a wonderful patio and backyard, all made for a perfect home away from home. The owner was super fast and responsive to questions. We would definitely go back.

Our host was great - and this charming home was spotless, comfy and well-equipped! It is also in a nice neighborhood that feels safe and is close to everything. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had the BEST time during our stay! The location was perfect - it was quiet yet we could get to anything we needed in 10 mins or less. We brought our dogs with us & they also had the best time exploring the outside in the completely fenced in yard. Communication with the host was great & they were very accommodating! If you’re looking for a place to stay in Charleston, this is it! We will definitely be back!

We came to the Charleston area for a wedding and wanted something central to all of the events we had to attend - this place did not disappoint. Location was excellent. Walking distance to Whole Foods/Starbucks and 15 minutes to downtown. It was also around 25 minutes to the wedding venue towards the east. We stayed in this home with our two kids and it was just what we needed, it even had a good size backyard for them to run around in. Much better than a 150 square foot hotel :) Beds were also pretty comfortable. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable living room, great bed, hot shower, thick bath towels. The location was very convenient ... walking distance to Whole Foods, Starbucks, and restaurants. Glass Onion is a must try restaurant ... loved the Shrimp with grits and cornbread. Dan kept in touch before and during the stay to check if all was good.

Meine Fragen wurden alle schnell und ausführlich beantwortet. Leider gab es zwar Fernseher, diese konnten aber nur genutzt werden, wenn man selbst einen Pay TV Konto hat, wie z. B. Netflix.

We stayed for 7 days & truly enjoyed our time. The house had everything we needed & was perfect for our family. It was close to good food & not too far of a drive to any beaches or other attractions and downtown Charleston. The host was very responsive & responded quickly when we needed assistance & solved the problem. Would recommend!

100% wouldn’t change a thing, the location to everything was convenient. The house was perfect with a fenced in back yard to help contain our toddler. It was comfortable and well equipped and any questions I had our host was quick to be of assistance. Thank you again for the hospitality. When we come to Charleston again this is #1 on the list!

Clean and well stocked.

we had the absolute BEST time here. Dan was a great host and was so fast to reply to any questions we had. The house was well stocked and so cozy! We spent the best mornings in the backyard and loved the quick walks to WholeFoods! If I could give this more than 5 stars I would!

Charleston Retreat

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with great amenities. Located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a grocery store, it was both convenient and peaceful. We especially loved the fenced-in yard and the covered deck making it perfect for relaxing outdoors. Highly recommend!

Great location

Great location and awesome backyard for our fur baby. You can walk to Starbucks and Whole Foods which was nice to do in the morning. Very quite location and we really enjoyed our stay.

Spotless and great location!

I had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely adorable, very clean, uncluttered, and tastefully decorated. The backyard was a great bonus with a privacy fence, a covered porch, a ceiling fan, and a table, perfect for relaxing outside. Dan was super responsive and helpful. The location was ideal, close to Folly Beach, and about 10 minutes to downtown Charleston, and conveniently located right next to Whole Foods, which made grocery runs super easy. Highly recommend!!

Peaceful, clean duplex in quiet neighborhood

This was a lovely stay. Dan the host was very responsive to all our questions. The house had a beach cottage vibe—light colors and airy. Great AC; large, private backyard; kitchen with everything you need in it. Even though it shares a wall with another unit, we barely heard them—very tranquil. The backyard deck has a ceiling fan which was very nice. Very close to shopping and 2 bike paths; also an inexpensive bus that connects you swiftly (15 mins) to downtown Charleston without having to find parking. The beds were quite comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay

The house was clean, bright and quiet. The porch outside was very nice and my husband spent most of his mornings out there. The beds were very comfortable, as were the rest of the furnishings. We found many nice neighborhoods and also a nearby bike trail for our morning walks. The house is not far from historic Charleston, but after driving there a few times in the traffic and having to search for parking, we decided to take an Uber when we took our last trip in and it was SO much easier! The house is close enough to walk to a few restaurants and the Harris Teeter, but far enough that you really don’t hear traffic at night.Daniel was very good with communication and asked us to tell him if we needed anything. We didn’t, but it was nice to know that he would have responded should we have needed him. Great place to stay!

Great stay and excellent hosts

Dan and Amanda were excellent hosts - we really couldn't have asked for anyone better. Super friendly and quick to respond when we reached out. The house is perfectly located - walking distance to Whole Foods and Starbucks, just down the road from fitness studios, restaurants and bars/lounges, and a short drive from downtown. The house gets lots of natural light and the fenced in backyard provides lots of privacy. If we have the chance to come back to Charleston, we'll definitely stay here again.
