Summary:
Cozy 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of Brandon. Very close to the Brandon Regional Hospital, Brandon Mall and major highways. 15 minutes to Top Golf, Hard Rock and Ifly indoor skydiving! Less than 20 minutes to Downtown Tampa, Ybor City, Channelside, Amalie Arena and much more. Less than 30 min from Tampa Airport and Busch Gardens, 45 min to beaches and an hour or so from Orlando/Disney.

The Space:
Spacious master suite has a queen sized bed and private bath, as well as a sofa bed in the living room with a queen memory foam mattress. Plenty of room for up to 4 guests. Full kitchen serves 4 guests with pots and pans provided. Free WiFi, Netflix, and local TV programming!

Guest Access:
Guest has access to the entire home and the yard, paved parking for 1 vehicle with room for additional parking if needed.

The Neighborhood:
This home is on a quiet street conveniently located across from restaurants and only 2 blocks from a grocery store. Also close to Brandon Blvd., where there are plenty of other restaurants and things to do! The home backs up to a conservation lot with mature oak canopy and lush vegetation. 15 minutes to Top Golf, Hard Rock and Ifly indoor skydiving! Less than 20 minutes to Downtown Tampa, Ybor City, Channelside, Amalie Arena and much more. Less than 30 min from Tampa Airport and Busch Gardens, 45 min to beaches and an hour or so from Orlando/Disney.

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are easily accessible in our area and convenient for getting around. The county bus stop is about a 10 minute walk.

Other Things to Note:
I run a local realty office, so I’m very familiar with Tampa. My team provides free realty tours of areas for people with interest in buying/investing in Tampa. If you’re interested, let us know!

I dont normally leave reviews but from previous reviews, this property is misleading. Before evenarriving, we were contacted a week before our stay to rebook cancel and our stay though another website. After saying I was uncomfortable with that given we were already out the money with no guarantees that where we currently booked from would process the refund in enough time, we were that our arrival date was close enough to leave it in the current system. This caused us concern and panic that could have been avoided if our dates had just been looked at by the property manager. Secondly, after arriving, the property in my opinion isnt well maintained. The A/C unit, 1 of 2 wall units, kept freezing up, even with us not turning it below the temperature we were told not turn them below on site on a white board. With us staying in July, it got pretty hot when we would need to shut it off to allow it to defrost. The bed is uncomfortable and very firm, and the pillows on the bed are very flat from use. The couch is a bit worn out from being used a pull out. There was also places were you could tell had not be cleaned properly in some time. I was disappointed based off other reviewers being so positive, so I hope they are not deleting less than positive reviews. The property is in a great location, and did have great ease of access.

Comfy clean home

Enjoyed staying at this house. It was small but perfect for me and my husband. The house was clean and smelled nice when we walked in. The only things that I would suggest to make it even better would be better water pressure in the bathroom sink (shower pressure was great!) and maybe a tea kettle or something to heat up water for tea. Everything was so nice and we would stay there again!

The property was very clean and was perfect for my 1 day trip. The only thing that would have made it better was if the water fountain from the fridge worked.

First VRBO Ever & Great Way To Start

I am actually a first time user with this process and I see why it's popular. Communication long before the day of the reservation was clear and when the day finally came, the check-in process was perfect. Everything was clean, and I was actually disappointed that we weren't at the residence long enough to enjoy the backyard more. Frank was extremely responsive and since I have family in the area, this will be the spot that I'll be looking for whenever in town.

Great base for a Tampa visit

My wife and I needed a place near our son who recently got out of the army and started school in Tampa. The property was spotlessly clean (a real plus for us) and easy to find. It was wonderfully centrally located in the Brandon area near our son's apartment with plenty of restaurants and other activities around. The owners were easy to contact and on top of making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely try to book this again for our next visit. Thank you for making this an easy trip and a wonderful reunion.
